Único ponto positivo é a localização na beira da praia.

Cons:

Tudo péssimo. Funcionários eram prestativos mas despreparados. Viajamos em duas mulheres e fomos recebidas por vários homens que pareciam vizinhos bebendo cerveja na porta. Daí nos colocaram no último quarto no fundo de vários corredores e a porta não fechava direito, além de ter um tanque de gás do lado da porta. No quarto, tudo velho e sujo, sem condições. Não tinha ninguém hospedado além de nós e segurança zero na entrada. Nos sentimos extremamente inseguras e saímos no mesmo dia em que chegamos, tendo que pegar outro de última hora. Me senti totalmente enganada pelos anúncios aqui, fora a localização o restante parecia um motel de beira de estrada.

The location is within walking distance to anything you need.

The location was perfect.

Cons:

There was no blanket on the bed and office closed each time we went by to try and get one. Toilet paper not stocked and when we checked in they did not honor the early check in offered through Booking.

Posizione, i lettini e ombrellone compresi nel soggiorno, il materasso, staff molto disponibile,spiaggia privata ma comoda ai traghetto per cozumel e stazione bus.vicino alla 5° ma appartato.

Cons:

Le lenzuola sintetiche,fornelli e bollitore ci sono stati cambiati perché quelli della camera non funzionano, la musica alta costante in spiaggia dalle 10 fino al tramonto, da migliorare la manutenzione generale:luci in camera ,qualche sedia o appoggio in più in camera Eliminare il calcare dalle rubinetterie
