Convenient location for my stay!!
Pros:

Staff were excellent. Room was tidy and clean. Liked the small kitchen area but a waste for just an overnight stay.

The sink stopper was stuck in the sink:

After I filled the sink with water, I could not get the water out because of the stopper was stuck in there. Took me over 20 minutes to pop it open to allow my water to drain!!

Air conditioning didn’t work. No chair in room. No clean linens until we phoned. They did bring up a chair that there was a big hole in the back.

Everything including pool and staff behaviour

Cons:

Mr Ranjith at front desk needs to be trained on being polite with guests. Maybe he was not his senses due to injury on his thumb. The Vietnamese guy on duty with Ranjith was one of the best reception person I ever met in a hotel. Very friendly and accommodating and quick to resolve issues . Give him a raise

I had an enjoyable time.

I enjoyed the breakfast selection and the pool as well as how easy check out was.

The pool could have been warmer and a hot tub would have been everything.
