No me gustó absolutamente nada.

Cons:

Muy mal gestionado.
El ascensor no funcionó en toda la estancia, estábamos en la planta 7. Era debido al huracán que había pasado pero en otros hoteles si funcionaban.
Las personas de recepción dejan mucho que desear.
Las habitaciones no las limpiaron cuando tocaba. de los 3 días solamente pasaron 1 dia y mi cama no la hicieron porque dejé el pijama encima de la cama.
Un desastre de hotel.

Nunca vayan a este hotel .
Pros:

No me gustó nada , el hotel es un desastre . Tiene 3 ascensores y 2 estaban rotos. Reservamos una habitación con vista al mar y no hay una gota de mar , eran puros árboles y eso que estábamos en el piso 7.
El aire acondicionado hacía un ruido insoportable , pedimos cambio de habitación y también era un concierto el aire . Recién en la tercera habitación pudimos dormir algo . Todavía nos querían cobrar por cambiarnos de habitación cuando estábamos bajando la categoría , perdiéndonos la supuesta vista al mar .
El único que le puso onda fue el señor que nos encontró la habitación porque hasta él se dio cuenta que el aire era insoportable .
El desayuno no es la gran cosa y todavía no se si hay jugo o lo que sea porque nunca me lo ofrecieron . Solo café café que es bastante feo y frío .

Relaxing, convenient , clean and comfortable
Pros:

Convenient and in walking/driving distance to all of hike side.

Cons:

2 out of 3 of the elevators were out of order. It wasn’t a big deal for me. Got my steps in going up and down the stairs.

Great place to stay in beautiful Hilo town.
Pros:

The property was conveniently located to where our event was held. The staff was accommodating to let us cancel our remainder of our stay because of the weather forecast.

Cons:

The elevators didn’t work but I understand because of the hurricane conditions the island suffered.

Very outdated and worn property.
Pros:

The location is great - right in Hilo Bay.

Cons:

The furniture, carpet, bathrooms are all extremely old and worn. Things are very dirty. Cobwebs in the light fixtures above the front desk.
