I’d say it was decent. Not as pleasant as I first thought, but fine.
Pros:

Good location, comfortable (besides the sofa bed), and the staff is incredible.

Cons:

We stayed one entire day without water in the building, we had to pay an additional fee for the dog (which wasn’t explicit from the beginning), and we had to walk to the other building every morning to have breakfast, which may times was crowded and didn’t even had a place to sit and enjoy the meal.

The stuff was good. Everything else was horrible.. there was a lady named Nancy at the front desk. I’ve never seen somebody that installed great with the clients so happy with her job.. if it wasn’t for her, I would have left after the first night

Satisfatório para APENAS uma noite. Nada mais!
Pros:

- A localização era bem próxima ao evento que eu estava participando. Um local bom, tranquilo e seguro.
- Simpatia dos funcionários

- As instalações são antigas
- Colchão da cama era desconfortável, fazia um vão no centro.
