El Check-in, desconozco porque se tardaron casi 2 horas en entregarnos el cuarto, llegamos a la 1 de la tarde y si nos comentaron que debíamos esperar hasta las 3 pm, fuimos a comer y cuando regresamos habia una fila enorme para hacer check in, terminamos ingresando a la habitación a las 5 pm :c, muy mala experiencia en ese momento
