Das Hotel liegt sehr nah am Bahnhof als auch an der Außenalster, sodass man kurze Laufwege hat

Cons:

Im Zimmer gibt es leider nur im Eingang ein Deckenlicht und eine Lampe neben dem Bett an der Wand, da hätte ich mir eine großere Deckenleuchte gewünscht

Bien situado para visitar la zona central de Hamburgo, y con la estación central al lado .
La persona que nos atendió en Recepción qué pudimos hablar en español, fue súper atento amable. Él si nos dió una atención de cinco estrellas. Y nos ayudó con todo lo que le preguntamos.
Mis felicitaciones para él.

Cons:

El precio me pareció un poco caro. No había nada más que gel y champú y suavizante. Ni gorro ducha, ni desmaquillarte, ni nada más.
Solicitamos una habitación con buenas vistas y nos dieron una que daba a un patio interior.

El desayuno no lo cogimos porque tenía un precio a nuestro entender exagerado .

Cons:

I used the self-service check-in terminal because the only member of staff at the counter was busy, but I'd have preferred an extra member of staff on duty rather than check-in at a machine.

Awful - I really disliked the deception
Pros:

Good location- easy access to the station and shops.
Shower was good except that it flooded.

Cons:

Bathroom not clean - fluid splatters up the walls.
Shower flooded bathroom and carpet outside.
Wifi is not free - need to join their club by providing a lot of personal information (enough to facilitate identity theft).
Public transport pass also not fee - same as wifi.
Aircon makes a lot of noise but doesn’t change temperature of the room.
Fridge keeps things only slightly cooler than room temperature and is not adjustable.
No housekeeping unless you request it by 20:00 on the day of check in. Too bad if you check in after that!
Parking currently not available and no hot water from 07:00-14:00 one day.
So no free wifi, dysfunctional fridge, no hot water for part of the time, no parking but no discount…

Zweckmässiges Hotel, seltsamer WLAN-Zugang

Sehr praktische Lage am Hauptbahnhof. Sauberes, zweckmässiges Zimmer im 7. Stock mit Blick über die Stadt zur Alster. Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen, da ich ohne gebucht habe, der Preis erschien mir im Vergleich zum Zimmerpreis hoch. Empfehlung: Direkt gegenüber ist eine Bäckerei, in der man günstig ein kleines Frühstück erhält.

Cons:

Ich habe ja schon viele Hotel-WLANs erlebt. Von ganz offenen über solche mit einfachem Passwort bis hin zu solchen, bei denen man sich für die Nutzung anmelden muss, mehr oder weniger kompliziert etwa mit Zimmernummer oder gar Handynummer. Aber dass man sich im Bonusprogramm der Hotelkette anmelden soll, nur um das WLAN nutzen zu können, das habe ich noch nie gesehen. Ich finde das etwas frech und wenig kundenfreundlich. Ich habe meinen eigenen Handy-Hotspot und Mobildaten, da komme ich auch gut ohne das Hotel-WLAN aus, und das wird heute vielen so gehen, extra dafür im Bonusprogramm anmelden wollte ich mich jedenfalls nicht.
