die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, unmittelbar neben dem Bahnhof und nahe der Fussgängerzone.
Das Frühstück ist o.k., nichts spannendes, aber ausreichend.

Der check - in, war sehr kompliziert und musste selbständig an einem Terminal gemacht werden:-(
Ich hatte vier Zimmer für Freunde und mich gebucht, auch alle Namen korrekt bei Booking angeben, leider kam dies bei dem Hotel so nicht an. Drei Zimmer waren auf ein und dieselbe Person ausgestellt, ergo ging dies mit der Terminal ohne Unterstützung schonmal nicht.
Außerdem bekam ich von Booking die Nachricht, dass wenn wir uns bei H Rewards anmelden, bekommen wir das Ticket für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel umsonst. War auch so, allerdings kam die Nachricht erst am nächsten Tag?????
Zum Glück wurden wir vom Hotel darauf hingewiesen!
Alles in allem, fehlt da eine gute Kommunikation.....das wäre noch ausbaufähig

Sehr schönes Hotel, wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Wir sind mit dem Zug angereist und das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einchecken am Terminal mit kleinen Problemen, aber nach kurzer Zeit auch gemeistert. Die Zimmer sind groß, ruhig und sauber. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, ausgewogen und lecker.
Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei Herrn Kevin Schlieder, der uns geduldig, freundlich und kompetent bei einem Problem bis zum Ende begleitet hat.

Perfect hotel voor wie per trein reist.
Pros:

Op loopafstand van het station. Prima kamer. Airconditioned. Kamer aan de staatkant maar desondanks weinig last van geluid. Lekker bed en met als + een klein koelkastje. Goed ontbijt.

Cons:

Als ik het al moet noemen: inchecken doe je zelf via apparaat in de lobby. Het aanwezige personeel wees mij voornamelijk op het apparaat en liet mij verder aan mijn lot over. Voor mij was dit geen probleem, maar ik kan mij voorstellen dat dit niet voor iedereen geldt.
Tijdens mijn verblijf was de hotelbar met terras gelegen bovenin het gebouw jammer genoeg gesloten vanwege werkzaamheden.

Great location opposite the Hauptbahnhof and within walking distance of the Alster & city centre.
Pros:

The check-in clerk at 1800 on Thursday 3rd September was exceptionally helpful with the check-in process, the wi-fi connectivity and in giving information & directions.
