Abbiamo contattato telefonicamente la struttura per prenotare una camera tripla. Ci è stato risposto che non c’erano triple disponibili e ci sono state proposte due camere singole, ovviamente facendoci pagare il prezzo pieno per due sistemazioni separate.

​La vera sorpresa è arrivata al momento del check-in: le due "singole" assegnateci erano in realtà due camere triple a tutti gli effetti. Alle nostre ovvie e legittime richieste di chiarimento sulle motivazioni di questo sovrapprezzo ingiustificato, il personale alla reception si è arrampicato sugli specchi. Con un’arroganza inaccettabile, hanno cercato di giustificarsi inventando fantomatiche categorie di camera ("categoria XYZ") e prendendoci apertamente in giro di fronte all'evidenza.

​Trattare i clienti in questo modo, con scarsissima trasparenza sulle disponibilità delle camere pur di farsi pagare due sistemazioni al posto di una, per poi deriderli quando viene fatto notare l'errore, è un comportamento intollerabile.

​Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno basato su correttezza, trasparenza e rispetto per l'ospite. Non ci metteremo mai più piede.
