the room was lovely and cosy, bed was comfy and the pillows are lovely compared to other hotels. bathroom is great, love the dove products that are available to use and the shower is exceptional. All members of staff are really friendly and welcoming and are happy to help, what ever you need

We have stayed at several Holliday Inn Express locations and this was an expected experience. Staff were less helpfull that other locations. Facilites were good.
