Very comfortable, relaxing and friendly hotel - it’s outstanding!
Pros:

Friendly, courteous and extremely helpful staff. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and fluffy pillows. The hotel was a great location for the Southbank. Breakfast at the hotel was exceptional in terms of choice and quality.

Worth it!
Pros:

Loved that there was no wall to wall carpeting! The room was quiet. Big tv! The lobby was gorgeous with very friendly staff and good food.

Location is excellent.

Cons:

A couple issues- Housekeeping and a breakfast were substandard but they were responsive to the issues. Pricing of $650 CAD a night prevents me from giving it a Great Value rating.
