Not worth the high price
Pros:

Location and cleanliness

Cons:

This is a very expensive hotel, YET:
-1 you cannot regulate the air conditioning temperature!
-2 the air condiotining system is old and it makes a lot of noise!
-3 the showers are weak
-4 you cannot regulate the shower’s temperature (it is always burning hot)
-5 swimming pool is limited to one hour only (and yet they tell you they are a five star hotel, with very high prices!!)

Pleasant stay, strange priorities.
Pros:

Overall, the hotel is good and still quite pleasant despite clearly feeling its age in many areas. You can already sense that renovations will soon be necessary, although the location and general atmosphere still defend the five-star image reasonably well.

Cons:

The most absurd part, however, was receiving an email before arrival informing guests that the swimming pool must be reserved for one-hour slots. I understand the idea once you see the size of the pool - it feels closer to a private bathtub than to a wellness area in a five-star hotel - but still, this should be solved differently. Either enlarge and modernise the spa area, or simply stop sending emails that make the experience feel more like a small rented villa managing logistics than an international luxury hotel.
