Idealna obsługa na każdym etapie pobytu: check in: miła Pani w recepcji zaoferowała wcześniejsze zakwaterowanie, room service perfekcyjna czystość i wyposażenie pokoju, w spa i na basenie, kelnerzy, portierzy i konsjerż pomocni i kulturalni. Świetne położenie i piękne widoki dniem i nocą. Śniadania perfekcyjne, smaczne, ogromny wybór i wysoka jakość produktów. Polecam pokój na 27 piętrze i basen w cenie! Na pewno wrócimy❤️

Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, czysto, bardzo miły personel. Niesamowity widok na Warszawę - mieliśmy pokój na 38 piętrze. Śniadanie również niczego sobie.

Cons:

Mieliśmy pecha podróżować do Warszawy, kiedy temperatury w słonku przekraczały 40 stopni. W związku z tym w pokoju było nieco za ciepło. Również w restauracji serwującej śniadania było duszno, ponieważ wentylacja nie dawała rady.

The view is great, I have been here before. But I also came back because of the breakfast. It does have a bit more Polish breakfast rather than only a standard continental breakfast. The location is great, the red double bus leaves from the hotel's door.

Cons:

During check-in, there was a problem with my booking and they tried to put me in a room that was not high-floor, as I requested. The next day, the breakfast was considered "unpaid". There was certainly trouble in the registration via Booking. Despite the trouble, I believe it is related to the fact that I booked two rooms, with different periods, using 2 separate bookings. Anyway, that could have been done better.

Profesjonalna obsługa zaczyna się od szacunku i odpowiedzialności za własne błędy.

Łóżko typu king size.

Cons:

Co do śniadania, według mnie 7/10. Jajecznica była tak luźna, że przypominała prawie zupę.

Jeśli chodzi o recepcję – żenada. Osoba, która tam pracowała, powinna bardziej przykładać się do swojej pracy. Po zameldowaniu nie podała numeru pokoju. Dopiero po wjechaniu na 18. piętro okazało się, że nie wpisała numeru pokoju na kartce razem z kartami. Po powrocie do recepcji nie usłyszeliśmy nawet „przepraszam”. Po prostu dopisała numer pokoju i zachowywała się, jakby nic się nie stało.

Huge disappointment for a 5-star hotel – items disappear and zero accountability!
​I stayed at the InterContinental Warsaw in room 3115. On June 29th, we changed rooms, and I accidentally left my electric toothbrush behind. As soon as I realized it, I immediately notified the front desk and asked them to check with the housekeeping staff.
​The response I received was deeply frustrating: "The staff checked and found nothing." An electric toothbrush is an expensive, personal item—it doesn't just vanish into thin air. It is absolutely unacceptable that in a hotel branding itself as a luxury 5-star property, guests' belongings disappear from the room the moment they step out. What makes it worse is that management took absolutely no responsibility, offered zero compensation, and didn't even bother to provide a replacement.
​I left this hotel feeling completely cheated and disappointed. I will never return to this property.
A warning to all future guests: Watch your belongings very carefully, especially anything of value. If you forget something in your room, do not expect to get it back, as the hotel will not investigate properly or compensate you in any way.
