Pros:

Very nice room, staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Location is quite close to the centre of Salisbury.

Cons:

The breakfast was overall good but would be nice to have more options for those with allergies/intolerances.

Exceptional location
Pros:

Very clean hotel, quiet comfortable. Exceptional location with view across the river and meadows to the spire of the cathedral. Quiet good breakfast.

Le petit déjeuner… même si les boissons se résument à du café filtre et du thé.

Cons:

L’accueil, la qualité de d’équipement notamment dans la salle de bain. Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas bon!

A fabulous two night stay in comfort and with excellent staff.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location and was perfect for our two day stay to explore the city and attend the horse racing.
The room was very comfortable and lovely and quiet. The best staff work here, from the cleaners to the chef to the reception and the bar staff, every single one was friendly and attentive and so the team is a great asset to the hotel. The shuttle to and from the town in the evening was such an unexpected bonus and much appreciated. The lunchtime food is very good and excellent value for money.

Cons:

Such a small thing, but I would have liked to see more choice of yogurts and berries for fruit at breakfast.

Excellent stay, would love to visit again.
Pros:

Rooms were very comfortable and had AC which was a big bonus as it was unusually hot. Fabulous view of the cathedral from the back patio and covered seating by the river. Excellent breakfast.

Helemaal top!
Pros:

Prachtig hotel, mooie kamers, zeer fijn bed en kamer 23 met een fantastisch uitzicht op de kathedraal. De shuttlebus van het hotel brengt en haalt je ‘s avonds naar de binnenstad, maar lopend ook goed te doen.
