It was absolutely horrific!!!!!!!
Pros:

The lady at check-in was extremely sweet and continuously had to smile on her face, even though I felt so bad for her because there was no air-conditioning.

Cons:

From the moment I walked in to do check-in I noticed there was no air-conditioning and it was extremely hot in the lobby. I’ve stayed at a lot of Hampton Inn’s and from the second I walked in. I was always pleased with the lobby. Totally different at this location it looked very dirty and not welcoming.

Pros:

Location was great and so was breakfast!

Cons:

Floors were slippery. Bathroom was dirty - particularly around the shower.
Furniture felt sticky and desk chair needed to have upholstery cleaned.

Cons:

Upon arrived, the receptionist was talking on the phone apparently with a client, it took a few minutes and she didn't even look up in that period of time to say hello or apologize for the delay, the room was not very clean, the towels although they smelled clean were stained, they looked dirty, breakfast a real disaster, there is not enough place to sit, the customers stay seated after finishing breakfast talking that forces you to go with breakfast to another place, in my case to the room, they do not quickly restored the food when it is missing, you have to request it while the person in charge of restoring it is not pending, you can see her using her headphones and entertained on the phone, in short there is no price-quality service ratio.

Convenience to get to the cruise port.

Cons:

The facility is old. Needs updating. Our bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. Just didn’t have a clean look or smell.

It was the perfect quiet place to stop on our way to Disney.
