In the room the bathroom door wasn't closing and other could look in on you
They had us wait for room , then finally gave us a different room on same floor this was at 3:30 pm . pool was filthy and closed in august!!

Ice machine not working
Location
The pool was full of algae and the front desk staff said nothing about it, let us go in and find out for ourselves. There was mold in the shower. The shower leaked through the wall to the bedroom area, they weren’t very concerned when we told them. The front desk staff was not nice at all and none of the ice machines work. When asked for ice they acted bothered.

The hotel room was very clean, and the location was great because they were many restaurants and shopping opportunities.

Breakfast was great and the kitchen staff were friendly and very welcoming.
The breakfast was good. We enjoyed that we didn't have to worry about going anywhere else until we were ready to check out. I also loved the later check out time. We had a late boarding time for our cruise so we didn't have to leave and find somewhere to go.
I don't have any complaints.
