Great location. Appreciated walking distance to great Mexican food!

The breakfast was good. We enjoyed that we didn't have to worry about going anywhere else until we were ready to check out. I also loved the later check out time. We had a late boarding time for our cruise so we didn't have to leave and find somewhere to go.

Exceptional clean, great location to get to cruise line, breakfast was very good. Great value for price.

Breakfast was awesome. I wish the room had streaming services though. The room was a little dated but overall it was great for the price. The staff were extremely helpful and very nice.

Not too far away from cruise port

I highly recommend this hotel. It’s not the fanciest place you’ll ever stay, but it is clean, close to the sea port, within walking distance to an awesome Mexican restaurant, gas station with snacks, food, and ice cream, and we even walked to Walmart (however I don’t recommend walking with kids because you have to cross the highway).

Our room was ready early. It was clean. The bed was SO comfortable. I’m telling you, I napped and also slept soundly through the night. The staff was SO kind and helpful. They allowed us to stay an extra full hour without adding any charges.

The breakfast was excellent. I mean, not only do they provide an amazing assortment of delicious foods, they also have staff there tending to the food area and customers the entire time. They’re so friendly and helpful. They even pack little to go bags for you! It includes a bagel, drink and I’m not sure what else because I had eaten so much food from the breakfast that I didn’t need to take anything with me.

There’s also a friendly man who drives a van and shuttles you to the Jax sea port or airport or anywhere you need to go for about $20. He was really nice and took pictures for groups. He gave us our card and said his prices are definitely better than ride share prices during really busy days with lots of events and cruise embarkations or debarkations.

Anyway, overall, we loved this hotel.
Did i mention there’s also a pool and fitness area? Also a room with computers and a little shop for things you may have forgotten to pack as well as snacks/food for purchase?

It’s not the fanciest place in the world but the people are amazing and really take care of you. I also appreciated the coffee and tea bar that was extremely well stocked with so many varieties of choices and kept looking very nice!

10/10 I’d stay there again.

Convenient to cruise port and numerous eating establishments. Beds were comfortable, rooms clean and staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great with may choices.

Al hacer el check out tuvimos una muy buena experiencia con una chica ( no recuerdo su nombre) que nos ayudó con las maletas hasta montarlas en la SUV,

The lady at check-in was extremely sweet and continuously had to smile on her face, even though I felt so bad for her because there was no air-conditioning.
