Our door was sticking
The hotel room was very clean, and the location was great because they were many restaurants and shopping opportunities.
The hotel staff was not very friendly. There are some much-needed updates to some of the common areas of the hotel.

Breakfast was great and the kitchen staff were friendly and very welcoming.
The breakfast was good. We enjoyed that we didn't have to worry about going anywhere else until we were ready to check out. I also loved the later check out time. We had a late boarding time for our cruise so we didn't have to leave and find somewhere to go.

Breakfast was awesome. I wish the room had streaming services though. The room was a little dated but overall it was great for the price. The staff were extremely helpful and very nice.

Not too far away from cruise port
Nothing too bad it was okay
I highly recommend this hotel. It’s not the fanciest place you’ll ever stay, but it is clean, close to the sea port, within walking distance to an awesome Mexican restaurant, gas station with snacks, food, and ice cream, and we even walked to Walmart (however I don’t recommend walking with kids because you have to cross the highway).
Our room was ready early. It was clean. The bed was SO comfortable. I’m telling you, I napped and also slept soundly through the night. The staff was SO kind and helpful. They allowed us to stay an extra full hour without adding any charges.
The breakfast was excellent. I mean, not only do they provide an amazing assortment of delicious foods, they also have staff there tending to the food area and customers the entire time. They’re so friendly and helpful. They even pack little to go bags for you! It includes a bagel, drink and I’m not sure what else because I had eaten so much food from the breakfast that I didn’t need to take anything with me.
There’s also a friendly man who drives a van and shuttles you to the Jax sea port or airport or anywhere you need to go for about $20. He was really nice and took pictures for groups. He gave us our card and said his prices are definitely better than ride share prices during really busy days with lots of events and cruise embarkations or debarkations.
Anyway, overall, we loved this hotel.
Did i mention there’s also a pool and fitness area? Also a room with computers and a little shop for things you may have forgotten to pack as well as snacks/food for purchase?
It’s not the fanciest place in the world but the people are amazing and really take care of you. I also appreciated the coffee and tea bar that was extremely well stocked with so many varieties of choices and kept looking very nice!
10/10 I’d stay there again.
It’s a tiny but weathered in some areas but honestly that’s just time that has caught up with the place and no one’s fault really. Could use a bit of a renovation. Would it stop me from coming back? Absolutely not.
The staff was absolutely wonderful and I’ll go back if ever I cruise from Jacksonville again for sure.
