Zimmer 501 - direkt neben Lift mit undurchsichtigen Fenstern… Ich frage mich, warum man immer die schlechtesten Zimmer bekommt, wenn man mit Booking bucht - ich werde in Zukunft vermehrt direkt in den Horels buchen

Wunderbares Hotel!
Pros:

Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Wir hatten ein großes Bad und eine Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und sehr zu empfehlen, es gab sogar vegane Alternativen. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist unschlagbar: Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, trotzdem ist das Zentrum fußläufig erreichbar und ein Supermarkt, eine Apotheke und eine Bushaltestelle sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Pros:

Het hotel is uitstekend gelegen, het personeel is heel attent en het ontbijt was ook helemaal goed.

Cons:

Allereerst bleek bij aankomst dat de ons toegewezen parkeergarage op ca. 6 minuten lopen van het hotel lag. En dan 35 euro per dag vragen. Verder ziet het dakterras er uitnodigend uit maar dat is alleen als je dus minimaal 2 cocktails aanschaft van 15 euro per stuk. We zaten met z'n tweeen en wilden ieder een biertje bestellen maar dat werd dus afgeraden want een biertje kost 8 euro en dan is het jammer als er 2 x 15 in rekening wordt gebracht. Nadat we weigerden kon het ineens wel maar daar hadden we geen zin meer in. Op een paar minuten lopen is een supermarkt en daar hebben we wijn en bier gehaald en zijn wij op ons, overige fraaie balkon, van kamer 333 gaan zitten. Die kamer (Gold Room meen ik) die trouwens best wel klein uitgevallen is zeker gezien de kamerprijs. Zoals gezegd, wel aardig personeel maar dat dakterras beleid is voor verbetering vatbaar. Ik zou bij een volgende keer een ander hotel kiezen.

Vi fikk en fin velkomst med cappuccino og croissant på den nydelige takterrassen. Vi fikk lov til å sjekke inn tidligere enn vi skulle, noe vi satte stor pris på.
