To be honest I had somewhat low expectations of Leonardo hotels, but after this first visit , the experience I received did blow me out of the water, quite frankly it was one of the best experiences iv had whilst at a hotel ..and one of the best iv experienced in Leeds, it sure exceeded to other branded hotels in Leeds that's for sure.
Full credit to Priscilla, Larissa, Karmya, Anna and Muhammed on delivering 5* customer service and providing an excellent experience not just to me but to other guests. All of them mentioned are great assets to the Leonardo company in my opinion, awesome job done by all of you!
I will definitely be using this Leonardo again the next time I need to overnight in Leeds.
The executive room I had was very good, on the highest floor, it's really nice reserving an executive room where you get decent privileges, like percentages off when using the bar and restaurant, and free snacks and soft drinks in the room. The room itself is a great size, the interior a little dated, but it's nice to know they're getting investment to improve the rooms and rest of the hotel
The bed was very comfortable indeed, nice big TV.
The bathroom again is quite dated with a very low bath and toilet very low to the ground, the condition and standard of the bathroom was more than adequate, it was clean and everything you needed was there, it's great for my one night stay.
Food quality and drinks offerings were very nice indeed, a nice menu, and no long waiting times for food or drinks (I'd been travelling for most of the day). The food, and dessert later was lovely.
A nice guest area and seating to relax in, it's nice to see a hotel like this which offers a great space for guests to relax in with comfortable seating.
The breakfast the next morning, did the job for me with some lovely offers and choices, it was nice to see the choice of bagels , which I haven't noticed at some others hotels at breakfast time .
Only a few minors, and that was the low bath and toilet, the toilet is very low to the floor.
Maybe an ottoman/ footrest to rest your feet upon, in the room.
Only one coffee machine in use at breakfast time, it may cause issues, during busier times.

The hotel is quite clean. Breakfast was really good. Aircon works fantastically as it was the reason why we stayed in the hotel.
It was some drilling work going on which was districting and noisy when we tried to chill. It’s okay just prefer to know about in advance

On check out we asked if our bags could be kept as we had a couple of hours spare time , on going back to hotel we gave the ticket back to collect our bags the bag I received back was not mine but very similar to look at, it wasn't until I arrived home in Glasgow that I noticed the bag wasn't mine, I contacted the hotel and the next the sent a courier to Glasgow to collect the bag, I was told the would send my bag to me in Glasgow, but it has now been 4 days and with valuables in my bag, I'm starting to get a bit concerned that it's lost
