Pros:

O hotel é muito bem localizado, permite fazer tudo a pé nas redondezas. O fato de ter uma pequena cozinha ajuda muito a fazer as refeições no quarto, pois tem talheres e microondas e até um pequeno fogão.
A cama era confortável, apesar do colchão ser um pouco mole. O quarto ainda tem uma varanda, bem gostosa, com vista para o mar.

Cons:

Apesar do hotel conter tudo de necessário, as instalações são bem antigas, algumas coisas no banheiro parecem sem manutenção, algumas coisas quebradas e funcionamento parcialmente.
O cheiro forte ao abrir o quarto é desconfortável, um cheiro de coisa velha guardada, depois que abrimos tudo por algum tempo, melhorou, recomendo logo abrir as janelas e portas.
Imagino que quem se hospedar próximo ao fim de semana terá problema com barulho, pois acordei algumas vezes com barulhos na rua.

Cons:

Tudo muito velho, lençóis amarelados, paredes sujas, cheiro ruim. Não chegamos a ficar. Fiz o checkin e qdo entrei no quarto e me deparei com aquela suíte já desci e pedi estorno do valor. Não conseguiria dormir 3 noites naquela suíte.

Atendimento da equipe do café da manhã. Funcionários demoravam para limpar as mesas, e ficavam cantando e falando alto dentro da cozinha, quando chamamos para limpar a mesa para poder utilizar foram grosseiros.

muito bem localizado, da pra sair andando, bem espaçoso para familia.
Pros:

bem localizado, quartos espaçosos para familia, garagem. bom custo beneficio.

Cons:

achamos um lençol que não estava com cara de muito limpo, e alguns detalhes de reparo a serem feito no apartamento, mas nada que comprometa a estadia. tem bares perto que se ficar em um andar baixo, faz um pouco de barulho mas encerra cedo, não me atrpalhou pra dormir
