Pros:

Location is great, very central. Wonderful inner courtyard. Staff were quite friendly and hospitable.

Cons:

Bedsheets were not very clean, found some hairs and some bugs. Room felt dusty as well. Would have been okay but for the price we expected better.

Sijainti ja aamupala olivat hyvät. Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen. Ilmalämpöpumppu viilensi mukavasti.

Hotel davvero carino. Giardino stupendo! Fronte fermata autobus, 10 minuti a piedi dal duomo, caffè americano sempre disponibile.

Cons:

Il costo del parcheggio, ovviamente affidato ad un garage esterno.

Pros:

The hotel staff are efficient, helpful and friendly. Location is central and they also have a paid service for parking the car at an external lot which was convenient. Had a great view from our room window. Breakfast is a good spread and I would like to appreciate the staff there, especially Giovanna, who makes us feel welcome. I enjoyed having breakfast in their outdoor terrace area. At the bar counter, Roy is doing a great job.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay here.
