The only good thing is that is its located really in the center, directly in the Red Lights District.

Cons:

I ran out of the so called "hotel" as fast as possible. Please booking. com, remove this horrible place from the list! I haven't experienced these kind of room conditions even not in Asia! The room was SMELLING AWFUL. I don't know if it is some horrible cleaning degredent, a soap from 1960s or a bed bug poison (I read the other reviews and somd people have got bed bugs from this place). I tried to change the room at first, but the smell was the same. I am pregnant and I just can't sleep in these kind of conditions.
Also the beedsheets smelled and all other things were SUPER BASIC. All the rooms super tiny and these awful stairs was more like a ladder than stairs. Luckily I didn't have a hudge suitcase.
There was NO PROPER LIGHTNING in the rooms.
They write in their homepage that they are not suitable for children (suspicious!). They should also add that NOT FOR PREGNANT people or OLDER PEOPLE.
I asked for the full refund, but the stuff member (or to be more precise - a bartender-said: We can't refund just because you do not like the smell of the room.
I decided that my health is more important and booked 3 star hotel 20 min by metro from the center. This one costed only 10 more euros than this horrible old building in Red Lights District.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!

Great location, friendly team — I’d happily stay again
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely return. The reception and bar share the same counter and staff, so the hotel entrance is always monitored. The security door can only be opened by staff, and you need to show your room card each time, which made me feel very safe.
Being in the heart of the Red Light District, some street noise is expected. I used regular earplugs and had no issues sleeping.
The room was clean, the mattress and bed linen were decent, and having a private sink in the room was very convenient. The shared showers and toilets could use some improvement, so better bring your shower slippers.
Very friendly staff and a great team overall.

Cons:

The stairwells and handrails could be cleaner and need more attention, especially since they are frequently touched by guests.

Pros:

Hotel is in red light area stairs are too steep tp carry the bags ..staffs are good it's 10 min walk from central station...most of the attraction is near and it's very near to dams square..for bag packers and friends it's good hotel but will not recommend for family....

Very small rooms and toilet and bath is common..but it's clean and neat

Très bon accueil, sanitaire et douche très propre, lit confortable, petit déjeuner très correct.

Cons:
