It was good value for money and breakfast was also good
Pros:

The room was clean and ample for needs, the breakfast staff were friendly and I liked the fresh ginger and mint. The help desk staff were very nice and able to give me all the information I needed

Cons:

The shower detachable hose didn't stay up, and my damp towels were taken of the airer, folded, and put on the bed during room service on the second day!

Lokalizacja . Jednocześnie spokojna a z drugiej strony blisko do metra i pociągu oraz uliczek z knajpami . Dobre śniadania . Pomocny personel

Leuke eettentjes op loopafstand, aanrader Trattoria Pizzeria Salento.

Cons:

Er was maar 1 lift en die werd ook gebruikt als dienstlift, dus af en toe wachten.
Wij verbleven 6 nachten, er was geen tussentijdse lakenverschoning. Er werd niet gestofzuigd. Wel elke dag schone badlakens.
Gehorige kamers, de bovenburen konden we horen lopen.
Geen waterkoker of koffieapparaat op de kamer.

Die Lage war förmlich perfekt , das Frühstück wurde von einer so netten Dame betreut das man sich auf das Frühstück schon freuen konnte

Drei Tage kein Zimmerservice !!! obwohl ich reklamiert habe kam kein Reaktion…
die Teppiche in den Gängen sind gefühlt dringend zu saugen … das Haus aus den 70jahre hat seinen Scharm aber … die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig

fast perfekte Unterkunft mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in Wilmersdorf in einer Nebenstraße nahe dem Kurfürstendamm, also nicht sehr zentral für Bahnreisende, aber recht gut angebunden an den ÖPNV. Das Personal - bis auf einen etwas muffeligen Herrn mittleren Alters an der Rezeption - ist sehr freundlich und kundenorientiert. Das Zimmer war geräumig, hell und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Dazu gehört auch ein Schreibtisch, den man tatsächlich als solchen nutzen kann. Das Bad war angemessen. Auf dem Zimmer war zwar nicht der inzwischen fast schon selbstverständliche Willkommensgruß in Form einer Flasche Mineralwasser, dafür gab es im Foyer tagsüber Wasser mit frischer Minze und Buttergebäck zur freien Verfügung. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und der Frühstücksraum sehr angenehm. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Servicekraft im Frühstücksraum, die von ehrlicher ausgesprochener Freundlichkeit und Zugewandheit war - das ist in dieser Form außergewöhnlich und eigentlich einen Extra-Stern für diese Person wert. Außerdem sehr angenehm: ein großes Zeitfenster bei Frühstück und check-out.

Cons:

Leider ist das Haus sehr hellhörig; wenn man - wie in meinem Fall - Zimmmernachbarn hat, die meinen, sich am späten Abend noch laut unterhalten zu müssen oder so große Atembeschwerden haben, dass sie in unregelmäßigen Abständen röcheln, kann das schon ganz schön nervig sein. Vielleicht könnte man etwas deulticher auf einfache Anstandsregeln hinweisen. Im Bad wiesen Wasserhahn und Steckdose im Bad leichte Blessuren auf. Wenn diese Punkte nicht gewesen wären, hätte es auch volle 10 Punkte gegeben.

Pros:

Das Küchenpersonal dieses Hotels verdient ein ganz besonderes Lob. Selten habe ich ein so freundliches, zuvorkommendes und engagiertes Team erlebt. Jeder Wunsch wurde mit einem Lächeln erfüllt, und man hatte jederzeit das Gefühl, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Besonders die mit Gesichtern bemalten Eier was das Highlight:)

Das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight: mit viel Liebe zum Detail angerichtet, abwechslungsreich und von hervorragender Qualität. Die herzliche Art der Dame mit den kurzen blonden Haaren hat den Start in den Tag jedes Mal zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Vielen Dank für diesen außergewöhnlichen Service!

Qua prijs kwaliteit hebben wij een prima verblijf gehad. Locatie ligt op loopafstand van de metro en diverse eet tentjes

Het was schoon en netjes, het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

De ontbijt ruimte was zeer warm. Het was ook een warm weekend maar om in een benauwde locatie te ontbijten is niet prettig.

L'esmorzar és molt complet, el barri és tranquil i ben comunicat. El personal és amable i l'ambient és agradable.

Cons:

L'habitació és massa petita. Dues persones no s'hi poden moure bé. La cambra de bany també era massa petita i l'aigua de la dutxa ho mullava tot. Un dia es van oblidar de fer l'habitació, i no van fer res per compensar-ho.

Alles im allem ein gutes Hotel
Pros:

Personal war super nett und Hilfsbereit! Das Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht und war sauber. Nichts zu bemängeln.

Cons:

Die Zimmer mit Durchgangstür war sehr hellhörig, als wäre der Nachbar im eigenen Zimmer. Man hat wirklich alles gehört. Wenn möglich meiden.
