Herr Hicham Tamri an der Reception ist stets (mehrmalige Aufenthalte) freundlich, aufmerksam und geduldig gegenüber jedem Gast. Wir haben erlebt, wie eine kleine Reisegruppe ( 8 - 10 Personen) sich nicht einigen konnten, wer ein Einzelzimmer/Doppelzimmer belegen wollte. Es dauerte unendlich lange bis sich die Leute geeinigt haben. Es wurde ständig von den einzelnen Personen dazwischen gesprochen! Uns wurde die Zeit beim Einchecken dann zu lang! Wir haben unterbrochen und Herrn Tamri dann gebeten, ob er uns dazwischen nehmen kann. Unserem Wunsch kam er sofort entgegen, und durch unsere Reservierung war das Einchecken umgehend erledigt! Großes Lob an ihren kompetenten Angestellten👋
