Sauberkeit Top, Personal Flop.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Lage gut.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer sollte ab 15 Uhr bereit sein. Wir waren um kurz vor 5 da. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, das eins von den 2 Zimmern nicht fertig sei. Nachdem wir gefragt haben, wie es denn sein kann, dass es um die Uhrzeit nicht fertig ist. Der Mann an der Rezeption war direkt sehr unfreundlich und happig und meinte, ist doch nicht seine Schuld. Ist halt so. Haben uns direkt nicht so willkommen gefühlt. Wollten auch nicht streiten, da wir ws eilig zu einem Konzert hatten. Mussten also mit 4 Leuten auf einem Zimmer fertig machen, duschen. Was sehr viel Zeit in Anspruch genommen hat und wir später erst los konnten. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht wieder buchen.

Unterkunft war wie auf den Fotos zu erkennen.

Cons:

Im Vorfeld hatten wir nach einer Klimaanlage gefragt. Sie ist nicht vorhanden. Daraufhin wurden uns Ventilatoren angeboten. Bei Ankunft waren jedoch keine mehr da.

Good hotel wit desperate need of cooling system
Pros:

Big rooms, ok breakfast, nice area of Berlin, bih comfy beda

Cons:

There is no air condition, ladies were cleaning at 9PM and check in process was total disaster. At 3PM when js officialy check in they told us 3 or 4 time 10 more minutes until i raised my voice. Very very unprofesssional

Pros:

Mooie schone kamer en douche. Prima bed.

Cons:

Moesten 45 min wachten om in te checken, kamer was om 1730 uur nog niet klaar. Het was heel warm, 40 graden die dag, er is geen airco, geen ventilator (hier was een wachtlijst voor), geen koelkast om drinken koel te zetten, raam ging op een kier open. Vreselijke plakkerige warme nacht gehad. Volgende ochtend maar weer vragen, kregen we een ventilator te leen, uur later viel elektriciteit uit, weer warmte. We zijn toen daar maar weg gegaan naar een ander hotel. Gesprek over eventuele compensatie was niet mogelijk omdat het mijn eigen keuze is om weg te gaan (!) en kreeg een of ander zinloze vergelijking met een Mercedes dealer. Voor ons NOOIT meer Garner Hotel. Zeker GEEN aanrader en helemaal niet in de zomer! Er was maar 1 medewerker behulpzaam.

Gute Lage, gutes Frühstück - keine Klimaanlage
Pros:

Gute und ruhige Gegend, gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage, also während der Hitzewelle war es sehr heiß. Und falls es für manche eine Rolle spielt: nebenan ist eine Kindereinrichtung, also unter der Woche kann es früh morgens laut werden

Het hotel lag gunstig voor wat wilde doen.

de kamers waren veel te warm er is nergens airo.

Bardzo korzystna lokalizacja, ładnie urządzony, winda. Parking.

Cons:

Brak naczyń w aneksie kuchennym, 1 talerz, i widelec. Brak klimatyzacji co przy 40 stopniowym upale było bardzo uciążliwe. Wejscie do pokoju bez pukania ekipy sprzątającej, bardzo długi czas zameldowania. Bardzo brudno na balkonie, brudne meble balkonowe.

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent with easy access to public transport. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our visit to Berlin.

Cons:

The biggest disappointment was that a 4-star hotel at this price does not have air conditioning. During our stay it was around 40°C outside, making the room extremely hot and uncomfortable. The staff kindly provided a small fan, but it only circulated the warm air and did not make the room comfortable. Today, most guests expect a 4-star hotel to have proper air conditioning, especially during the summer.
