Kleines nettes und sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern. Perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub in Berlin. Gaststätten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gut zu erreichen.

Gutes Hotel, nur nichts für den Hochsommer!
Pros:

Insgesamt hat das Hotel eine gute Lage mitten in Berlin und man ist schnell bei der U-Bahn (ca. 5 Minuten). Die Gegend hat auch noch zwei Einkaufsläden in der Nähe und in ca. 10 Minuten ist man am Ku‘damm. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Bett war sehr bequem. Meist war das Personal auch nett.

Cons:

Leider war es super heiß und es gab nur Ventilatoren - leider auch nur in einem Zimmer. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, dass wir einen zweiten bekommen, der kam aber nie an und man musste nochmal fragen. Da ich eigentlich nur Hotels buche, die eine Klima haben, war ich dahingehend schon etwas enttäuscht.

Im großen und ganzen, bis auf die erwähnten Unzulänglichkeiten, war es OK
Pros:

Zimmer war OK, Betten optimal. Relativ gute Busverbindung, Buslinie 110 zur Innenstadt (Busbahnhof Zoologischer Garten). ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg zur Haltestelle (Hochmeisterplatz). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Netto, Penny und Rewe.

Cons:

Kein abgeschlossener Nassbereich, nur durch Glaschiebetüren vom Schlafbereich getrennt. Nicht optimal. Duschkopf war defekt (Zimmer 311) Check In war eine Katastrophe, der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war der Sache nicht gewachen. Es bildete sich eine Warteschlange, wir mussten fast eine halbe Stunde warten.
