Pros:

The property is clean and the main pool is nice.

Cons:

The hotel spoke about having a gym, which is not quite accurate and the main equipment that they do have don’t work properly, Treadmill not function properly. For the cables they have only one of each item thus pointless. When addressing with the staff - the manager was extremely dismissive and rude. Quite taken aback by rude/defensiveness.

Seperately the breakfast on offer is at 5 star level comparatively to other Greek Hotel. No fresh orange juice. Machine coffee and all mass produced food. Would not recommend.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel, bien situé, proche de la longue promenade en bord de mer avec quantité de restaurants et de commerces.
Personnel discret, gentil et efficace.
L'hôtel est très propre et bien entretenu.
Le petit déjeuner est excellent, les produits sont de qualité, il y en a pour tous les goûts.
Notre chambre avec terrasse couverte donnait sur nos chaises longues à coté de la piscine, c'était à la fois pratique, confortable et très agréable..
Le parking très grand et sans soucis pour garer notre voiture.
Le fitness climatisé correctement équipé.

Cons:

Un petit bémol pour notre literie qui était un peu fatiguée, mais nous ne souhaitons pas généraliser ce problème qui a en partie été résolu par la direction.
Peut être faudrait-il egalement ajouter des parasols autour de la piscine principale.
Peut-être changer plus régulièrement la bande son d'ambiance autour de la piscine qui est sympa les premiers jours, mais qui au bout de 10 jours devenait répétitive.

A truly luxurious, relaxing stay in a perfect location
Pros:

Location is fantastic, just 2 mins walk from so many bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is peaceful, relaxing and pure luxury. It was so clean, really well maintained and staff were professional.

Breakfast was fantastic too, so many options, and different items everyday kept it interesting!

Due to multiple pools throughout the property, we never had an issue getting two sun beds together at ANY time of the day. Perfection!
