We stayed at Kastelli Resort in Santorini for 4 nights with our 1-year-old daughter, and we absolutely loved our stay.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary bottle of wine, fresh fruit, and a room upgrade — such a lovely touch and a wonderful way to start our stay.

The resort itself is beautiful, peaceful, and very calm, which was exactly what we were looking for as a family. There are four pools, and the main pool was particularly great for our 1-year-old daughter. It was lovely to be able to relax by the pool while she enjoyed the water too.

All of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. They really made us feel at home and helped make our experience so enjoyable.

Kastelli was our final stop on our holiday in Greece, and it was the perfect way to finish an amazing trip. We both loved our time here and would happily return. We highly recommend Kastelli Resort, especially for families looking for a relaxing and welcoming place to stay in Santorini.

הצוות אדיב ודואג להכל מהרגע שנכנסים בפתח המלון. כל אחד מחברי הצוות עושה הכל ויוצא מגדרו בשביל שיהיה מקסימום נוחות ומינימום מאמץ לאורח. לוקחים את המזוודות, מגישים את הקפה או המשקאות מהבר עד אליכם מבלי שתתאמצו. בנוסף המיקום של המלון ממש קרוב לטיילת המרכזית ולכל החנויות והמסעדות באזור, בכללי גם מאוד נוח להגיע מהאזור הזה לכל הנקודות המרכזיות באי. אהבתי שהמלון מאוד שקט ורגוע וגם מאוד מאוד נקי! החדרים וגם המלון עצמו מבריקים. יש מספר בריכות ככה שתמיד אפשר למצוא מקום לשבת ולא מורגש עומס. רמת שירות מאוד גבוהה, האוכל בארוחת בוקר היה מגוון אבל דיי חוזר על עצמו - בסך הכל היה אוכל טוב עם מגוון של ירקות פירות גבינות מאפים וביצים בכל צורה אפשרית. קפה טוב גם כן.

הזרם במקלחת דיי חלש ולפעמים המים לא כלכך חמים (בכיור כבר יש מים יותר רותחים).

Beautiful hotel for a family or romantic stay!!
Pros:

Very nice, new, clean hotel, beautiful rooms and territory, very good breakfasts, good service in the pool bar. Staff is very helpful and polite. Quiet atmosphere and relax. Highly recommended!

Un très bel hôtel, très classe et épuré.
Pros:

L’hôtel est splendide, la décoration est magnifique, il y a une belle végétation et les piscines sont extras. Il y a une bibliothèque pour lire au bord de la piscine. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, avec une large variété de produits. Le personnel est attentionné et très aimable.

Best Place I’ve ever stayed in!
Pros:

Everything was absolutely excellent! The perfect hotel to stay for relaxation and comfort. Staff were absolutely amazing from start to finish and provided the most amazing hospitality. Will definitely be coming back here some day.
