Rooms were clean

Cons:

During breakfast, there were some flies around the food area. On one occasion, I observed a staff member remove a fly from the scrambled eggs and then leave the same tray of eggs on display instead of replacing it. I found this concerning from a hygiene perspective and felt it fell below the standards I would expect.

Zimmer und Poolanlagen sehr gut und kinderfreundlich, indoorspielplatz nett und sauber. Parkplatz groß und gut zu erreichen, Lage sehr gut

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist nicht sehr abwechslungsreich, leider kein Brot außer Baguette, aber man findet immer was.

Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar
Pros:

Heerlijke geur in de entree, uitgebreid ontbijt met actief personeel, fijne kamers

Cons:

De douche was verstopt en de kluis beiden in de suite. In de kamers slechte douches
Op de aanvraag kinderbedjes op alle kamers er stond er geen één.
3 personen in de suite met handdoekenen voorzieningen voor 2 personen

Pros:

Location is excellent, spotless and the decor is amazing. Comfortable bed and large room. Breakfast is efficient and tasty. Would stay here again.

La propreté des chambres: la première que nous avons eue n’était pas “terminée”: moquette encore avec miettes, pas de serviettes de bain et une bouteille d’eau entamée dans notre réfrigérateur.
L’équipe nous a surclassé mais la chambre ne convenait pas eu égard un enfant en bas âge et la 3eme chambre faisait un bruit d’escadron de machine à laver. Oreillers trop épais, la salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement

proximité du parc et navette pratique

Cons:

Chambre pas prête au moment du checking, personnel a l'accueil pas très agréable.
L'état de la salle de bain de la chambre une honte!!! tout le carrelage est moisi au niveau de la baignoire ça donne pas du tout envie de se doucher. (photos à l'appui)

Piscine intérieur froide et petite, trop bruyante peu de place dans le jacuzzi squatté par les enfants pour jouer, une surveillance ne serait pas de trop.

La propreté des parties communes et des équipements est à revoir. Beaucoup d'endroits communs comme les toilettes , la piscine intérieure, les couloirs, les ascenseurs auraient besoin d'être réellement rénové et pas juste un coup de maquillage.....L'hôtel aurait besoin d'un vrai coup de propre.
