Hôtel sympathique proche de toutes les commodités
Pros:

Personnel très sympathique et avenant. À 2 minutes à pied des restos, magasins et du lac.

Cons:

La chambre donnait sur le funiculaire qui fonctionne de 5h à minuit. Du coup, impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte même en imposte 😬

Lugano was the most beautiful, picturesque and clean city I have visited.
Pros:

Great location, in the city center. Close to the water. Tram from and to the train station is adjacent to the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and spacious room, bathroom and shower. Great breakfast.

A Seamless Stay in Lugano - Just Minutes from the Station.
Pros:

The location is ideal, especially for travelers arriving by train, as the hotel is just five minutes from the station via the funicular. While the property itself is older and not particularly stylish, it is highly practical, impeccably clean, and supported by exceptionally attentive staff. The breakfast is also excellent.

Cons:

They had told me the room was on the funicular hence I would have had to put up with some noise from 6 AM to I think 11PM but in the end , I did not hear anything disturbing.

Изключително местоположение! Персонал, който ти създава усещане, че си винаги и зя всичко обгрижен! Чудесна закуска! С удоволствие бих се върнала там.

Pros:

Center location, very well served by the funicular, literally next door, to the railway station, and close to the centre. Very good breakfast. Nice and competent staff. Very clean.

Cons:

Decor may be a bit dated and the pillows were too soft - but soon remediated - but these were minor issues.
