Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt perfekt wenn man Lugano erkunden mag. Die Zimmer sind sehr zweckmäßig ausgestattet und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Gutes Frühstück und eine tolle Idee mit dem Wasserspender

Cons:

Im Bad wäre ein u. U. kleines Regal für Toilettenartikel noch klasse.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt ein wenig versteckt, doch braucht sich absolut nicht zu verstecken. Gemütliche und saubere Zimmer, ein gutes Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal. Beim Einchecken gab es gleich noch als kleines Willkommensgeschenk eine Tafel Schweizer Schokolade. Der See ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt und direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich die Standseilbahn zum oberhalb gelegenen Bahnhof. Also eine tolle Lage.

Pros:

Lovely staff and well maintained breakfast buffet, clean crisp sheets, amazing location in the heart of Lugano, just 1 minute away from the train station and 5 minutes to the lake.

Cons:

Rooms were outdated and with a bathroom scent upon arrival. Very loud at night either from the funicular or other guests, I woke up almost hourly. Left the property very tired.

Einzigartig, hervorragend
Pros:

Im Hitze-Sommer anzukommen und ein auf 24• herunter gekühltes Zimmer vorzufinden war grossartig. Die Matratze ist straff, so wie ich es liebe.
Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, diskret und gerade am Fuss der Standseilbahn zum Bahnhof. Es war sauber, alles tipptopp. Beim Frühstück waren die Aprikosen, flachen Pfirsiche und Kiwis hervorragend reif, ausgesucht durch „ein goldenes Händchen“;). Preis-/ Leistung 1A. Viele Chinesische Touristen- die wissen schon, wo es gut und günstig ist.

Cons:

Mich dünkt, nicht viele vom Personal sind fähig oder gewillt, etwas Englisch oder Deutsch zu sprechen- na klar ist Italienisch schöner;)
