Cons:

Unprofessional Overbooked and unjustified charges
I had a fully prepaid 3-night reservation and completed online check-in. Arriving late due to a flight delay, I was told they were overbooked. They relocated me for one night only and couldn't accommodate me for the rest of my stay. Booking.com canceled and refunded the booking. Shockingly, the hotel later demanded I pay for that single relocation night, completely ignoring standard industry policies for their own overbooking mistake. Highly unprofessional.

Sehr schöner Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Check in schnell, Zimmer (Familienzimmer) sehr geräumig, ein drittes richtiges Bett! Sehr sauber, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Frühstück sehr gut. Wenn wir wieder nach Hannover kommen, würden wir wieder dort buchen. Zum Bahnhof 5 Min mit dem Bus.

Cons:

Der Stadtteil war nicht so besonders, der umliegende Park lud nicht zum Verweilen ein.

Alles äußerst positiv, z.B. auch der Parkplatz, aber rel. teuer. Der Bar-Keeper verdient Extra-Lob!

Cons:

Zimmer mit geringen Mängeln (Waschbeckenstöpsel verhindert Abfluss, Tresor reagiert nicht, Zimmergeruch), die aber schnell behoben wurden.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel für 1 Nacht oder auch länger
Pros:

Das Bett war sehr bequem, angenehme Zimmeroptik, sehr gutes Frühstück auch mit teils individueller Auswahl, hoteleigenes Parkhaus (25€ für 24 Std.), guter Standort.

Cons:

Verlängerung im Hotel um 1 Nacht hat zum gleichen Preis nicht realisiert werden können.
