Séjour très agréable dans un hôtel remarquable
Pros:

Hôtel qui mérite vraiment ses 4 étoiles.
Belle chambre avec tout le confort, très bon petit déjeuner, personnel accueillant.
La situation géographique est une bonne base de départ pour visiter Lisbonne.

Pros:

Nous avons aimé l'accueil, la gentillesse du personnel, leur réactivité lors d'un problème (changement d'une ampoule qui clignotait), la grande chambre (suite junior), de larges lits jumeaux, la terrasse et la vue superbe, la propreté, de nouveaux produits dans la salle-de-bain chaque jour, le petit déjeuner varié et complet. Un grand merci au personnel qui fait l'effort de parler un peu le français et pour la gentillesse de tous.

Cons:

Les matelas étaient un peu trop durs.
Les velcros de la très grande tenture occultante ne tenaient plus assez, il faisait donc trop clair dans la chambre au petit matin.

Really enjoyed our time there.
Pros:

Great location, nice room
And breakfast service. Small. Staff friendly and helpful. Amazing view from room and nice patio.

Cons:

Dark halls, no public transit close by and road was inaccessible to most cars. No restaurant for meals other than breakfast.

A great hotel in an amazing location
Pros:

The room was excellent. The view was great. Tram transportation nearby. We were fortunate to get a spot in their very small parking garage. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing. The hotel was the best one we stayed in during our two week trip through Spain and Portugal.

Pros:

The location was okay-ish

Cons:

The full experience didn’t reflect a 4 star hotel.
The staff wasn’t always easy or nice.
The breakfast was very poor, no variation and not many options.
The rooms weren’t much comfortable.
Ratio money to value isn’t much.

The hotel being in a restricted zone for vehicles it’s not always the easiest.

Die Lage ist ok. Man braucht aber einen Zugangscode um in die Straße einfahren zu können. Personal sehr nett und Frühstück sehr gut.

Cons:

Bekannte hatten Zimmer im 4. Stock. Top mit Aussicht über die Stadt. wir hatten ein Zimmer im 1. Stock. Das war schon was in die Jahre gekommen.

Ok but not great. Lady at the breakfast was pleasant and had a good personality.
Cons:

Some of the staff at the checkin did not seem too interested in us. The wifi signal was weak. The bathtub drain was clogged with hair. We could hear the people in the next room going to the toilet. The staff could pay more attention to dust on the black elevator panel, lampshades and pictures in the hallway were not straight. The furniture in the lobby was dated .
