Nice but AC system needs addressing
Pros:

Location, staff, breakfast

Cons:

Air conditioning did not work, fan was in effective, control panel was essentially a reminder it was 24.5 degrees in the room

Loved staying here. Would definitely recommend 👌
Pros:

Spacious room, large comfortable bed. Large bright bathroom. Everything was spotless clean. Nice and quiet at night time.

L accoglienza alla reception,la disponibilità del personale nell aiutarci con la lingua la colazione ottima la camera ottima.
Unica nota stonata il parcheggio auto nelle vicinanze PALL MALL sconsiglio vivamente nonostante a pagamento ci hanno rubato tutte le valige e oggetti vari dalla macchina.In albergo ci hanno messo in contatto con la locale stazione di polizia per la denuncia con relativa interprete italiana..Non abbiamo recuperato nulla ma lo staff del Radisson è stato gentilissimo grazie ancora

This hotel has good potential.
Pros:

Great location and friendly staff.

Cons:

Hotel needs much needed maintenance on there a/c. Several of the rooms are too hot as is the dining area that breakfast is served. We started our 4 night stay in a very hot room with a/c not working, they did provide fans and a discount for that night. Thankfully, moved after one night to another room. But it’s a shame, it’s letting down an otherwise very friendly hotel.

Reception staff rude, building site in reception and too expensive for conditions

Like a building site downstairs. Air con not working. Initially asked reception and they advised we had been setting it wrong. Turns out it was broken after all despite overhearing them making fun of us not setting the system correctly. Had to repeatedly ask for twin beds to be made up. Told we were in superior room with coffee machine but no coffee machine. For the amount charged a really poor experience

Pros:

It’s modern and quite stylish

Cons:

The room was stuffy and too hot, unbearably so. We couldn’t turn the temperature down, the thermostat didn’t work and the windows wouldn’t open. We asked at reception 3 times for to send someone to look at it or give us another room, they said they would but they never did. We had friends in another room and theirs was the same.

Breakfast and service... On arrival, we indicated that we would be leaving for the airport very early the next day. The receptionist said she would prepare lunch boxes for us, and we paid for breakfast in full. In the morning, upon check-out, the receptionist was surprised that we were requesting lunch boxes. He wasn't informed that we had requested them; the hotel hadn't prepared any meals. The receptionist didn't know who had served us the day before—no work schedule?! We requested a refund for breakfast, which we didn't receive. The receptionist said only the manager could do that and assured us that the hotel would refund the money. To date, there's no refund and no contact with the hotel. I'm disappointed and deceived!

Got told as aircon was broken that I was best to book another hotel.

Cons:

When I arrived at the hotel the bar was being renovated so no dinner facilities were available. Upon checking in I was told that there was no air con in my room and the hotel was full. So my best option is to stay at another hotel. No offer of trying to changes rooms, compensation and not even an apology. So I stood at the check in desk and had to book another hotel for the night.
