1st time at the hotel and it was perfect
Check in took quite a while, but we did seem to turn up at a busy time

Good friendly helpful staff, breakfast was good, location was good, hotel refunded some of the accommodation money,
Breakfast room and lounge room extremely hot, the furniture in the restaurant was ripped and very dirty, good for the tip, the air conditioning in the restaurant wasn't working it made eating breakfast unpleasant, couldn't sit at the bar as it was to hot, mostly unattended, the seats were all stained and to dirty.

Excellent hotel with beautiful design and a good breakfast!
The rooms were very spacious, especially the bathroom. Everything was comfortable and welcoming.
The only issue was the faucet, as the water was constantly extremely hot. It took about 10 minutes to adjust it properly.
Overall, a lovely experience. Thank you for your hospitality!
Room was lovely breakfast had a good choice
For a very busy hotel only 1 lift working for our entire 4 days, awful pillows, and because iv have some issues a shower without a bath would have been easier

As always the hotel always has maintenance drama. This stay the aircon wasn’t working in the bar and restaurant. There’s always something happening with this hotel which is quite a shame

The only thing the lift wasn't working only had one .but not hotel fault and waiting on repairing it.
The reception smells heavenly and is really airy. The rooms are spacious and very clean, I’m particular about bathrooms and toilets and this one was really clean
