Fair selection for breakfast. Standard for most hotels.

Cons:

First impressions of visit; Cleanliness at main entrance was poor. Would advise regular litter picking. Hotel bar offers food. However, choice of dining furniture unsuitable. It’s like eating from a coffee table while sitting on a sofa. Uncomfortable.
Extract air system in rooms (both rooms) was very noisy.

Pros:

Very clean, comfy bed with good quality duvet and pillows. Couldn’t turn off air conditioning which meant no sleep due to the noise.
On arrival I was asked if I wanted to book breakfast, however this was ALREADY INCLUDED in my booking.
On departure I wasn’t even asked if my stay was ok or if there were any problems.
I decided to eat in the restaurant and ordered fish and chips …. this should have been advertised as ‘batter and chips’ as I struggled to find any fish (photo attached).
I’ve had better stays at Premier Inn for half the price and will revert to this in future.

Brilliant. Start to finish.
Pros:

Everything this is my second stay at this hotel and I don’t think I will ever stay in a different hotel in Liverpool

Better places to stay
Pros:
