Bed was comfortable but struggled with room being too warm. There were no opening windows
Went for breakfast at 9am, clearly not enough staff lots of items not topped up and staff were being stopped constantly with request for items, it was clearly understaffed.
I liked the location, it was central and easy to get to. The room was big enough for two people.
The room was really hot, even in October. It was 5 degrees outside, but somehow it was 22 degrees in our room at all times, with no working airconditioning or windows to be opened. Staff gave us a fan, but I already had a cold and this just made it worse (at least we had something to make our room colder though...).
At breakfast, which we paid extra for, they could not find our room number. The staff stared at us blankly and didn't take any initiative, so we ended up having to go to reception to get confirmation again, instead of them going to check for us. The breakfast room was full of dirty plates and tables that didn't get cleaned, and there was already a queue of people waiting for it to be cleaned, so we ended up having to sit in armchairs and had to lay the table ourselves.
This was definitely not what we are used to from Radisson, and we were quite disappointed for this price.

Air conditioning not working and on the morning of check out which wasn’t until 12 at 11:30 after breakfast when we went up to the room to get our bags to check out the room had been locked we had to go to reception to gain access !! Not great and no apology

The hotel rooms are very tired - in need of modernisation and repair - especially the bathroom which looks old fashioned. Bar currently closed.
