Very poor service at reception when checking in . No information given about hotel . Didn’t want to know . Bedrooms weren’t cleaned each day we stayed for 2 nights no refills of tea coffee new bath towels etc very poor . Room service knocked and walked away ! Lifts sounded awful like they were going to break down any minute .not much fruit or fresh things at the breakfast room . Not the best hotel to stay at .

Puiki lokacija. Kelios minutės iki paplūdimio, promenado (baltasis tiltas). Prekybo centras CUP su daugeliu kavinių, įdomiomis parduotuvėmis. Numeriuose tylu, kondicionierius, smart TV. Išskirtinis dizainas : dušo kabina iš kambario atrodo kaip originali interjero detalė. Pradžiugino ir tualetinių reikmenų kokybė _šampūnas ir kt.
Labai profesionalus ir adekvatus personalas. Pasinaudojau pasiūlymu tapti lojalu klientu, su galimybe ankstyvu apgyvendinimu ir vėlesniu išvažiavimu. Yra požeminis garažas automobiliui.
Viešbutis puikiai tinka tiek turistinėms, tiek verslo kelionėms.
Viesnīcai ļoti laba atrašanās vieta, ir pieejams parkings par papildus maksu 15 EUR diennaktī. Brokastis bagātīgas, vienīgi pietrūka zivis un pankūkas, bet ir pieejams ēdiens arī vegāniem. Darbinieki ļoti atsaucīgi un draudzīgi. Patika, ka numuriņā ir gludeklis un gludināmais dēlis, nebija čības, kas parasti pieejamas 4* viesnīcā. Numuriņā pieejams minibārs par papildus maksu. Viesnīcā ir arī mini trenažieru zāle un sauna, ko nebija laiks izmantot. Gar viesnīcu iet autobuss, kurš brauc uz lidostu. Blakus viesnīcai 2 nelieli iepirkšanās centri - Europa ( ļoti maz veikalu, bet interjers skaists, 3.stāvā sporta zāle un jogas studija) un CUP (neuzrunāja veikali, man likās tāds tirgus preču veikals, izņemot Sportland, bet 3.stāvā ir vairākas ēstuves, kur var paēst).
Kafija nebija īpaši garšīga brokastīs.
We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was convenient, the underground parking was very useful, and the check-in process was quick and easy. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which was a nice start to the day. Although there were a few small details that could be improved, our overall experience was positive.

при холодной погоде был включен кондиционер, который невозможно было отключить. Поэтому в номере было холодней, чем на улице, не уютно и не комфортно. Не было тапочек, пришлось искать горничную и выпрашивать тапочки.
Чистая, огромная комната, прекрасный персонал, вкусный завтрак, хорошее расположение рядом с набережной и недалеко от старого города
