no habia luz llegue a la hora de entrada y no habia luz espere hasta las 6 pm y no regrese por lo que tube que abandonar el hotel
Atención del personal, son super atentos , ubicación excelente, tiene una vista súper impresionante , el desayuno muy rico, el cuarto limpio , cama super cómoda ...
Que el elevador no llegue hasta la piscina solo eso ... Pero todo lo demás es excelente... Si regreso!!!!

The views of the ocean from the lobby, dining room and rooftop pool were fantastic!
Found a few dead coacroaches that probably came through the small bathroom window since it was slightly open. The distance the end of bed to opposite was very narrow maybe less than two feet. Very small bottles of shampoo and no place in bathroom to place personal hygiene items. Lastly, the air conditioning unit rattled when fully functioning, but other than that I would return due to the location, hotel parking and friendly staff!

El personal es amable y servicial, atento en todo momento, la habitación impecable, sin olores raros, está muy bien ubicado, puedes ir caminando a varios puntos de interés como la plazuela Machado, la plaza Taboada, y varios museos, la playa queda enfrente, la terraza en el piso 11 tiene vista 360 grados de Mazatlan, es espectacular.
La habitación tenía vista al mar, Pero las ventanas estaban algo sucias por fuera y no se apreciaba bien, el equipo de aire acondicionado es algo viejo, no enfría bien y hace ruido.
Estubo exelente buen serbicio exelente desayuno de buffet frente al malecon muy bien todo. Graciaaaas.

Que un dia se les olvidaron las toallas jiji pero equis solo les llamas al 0 y enseguida te las llevan todo fue hermoso
El bufet, la ubicación, el trato todo excelente la vista es fascinante,
La zona de la alberca apesar de tener poca gente no había zona de toallas, en el segundo día se tardaron más de dos horas y al final nunca llegaron
