De kamer was echt heel erg verouderd. Stoel kapot, kastdeuren gingen niet goed dicht. Douche maakte veel lawaai . Kamer 5.306. Een week ervoor hadden we een betere kamer
* Lights from office light up the room all night long even with curtains closed.
* Spa was broken no heating.
* 2 different times had a stray dog outside our room when we arrived back home.
* Car was broken into on the saturday night. Need more security roaming around the front area.

Our room was near the entrance. Second stay much better as it was away from people coming and going
The location was the only positive. We were there to be with my critically ill father in hospital, so being close by was important during an already difficult time.
The room we were initially given was freezing. Rather than moving us to a suitable room, we were first offered a portable heater. We only received another room after repeatedly asking and effectively having to insist on it.
The restaurant was equally disappointing. We ordered the rump steak, which arrived undercooked and cold. The fat was so cold it was chewy and stuck to my teeth. We sent it back, but the replacement was much the same—tough, chewy, and not enjoyable to eat. In the end, I gave up on the meal.
When we extended our stay, we were told we would receive the same room rate. However, when it came time to pay, the price had increased by around 25%, which was completely different from what we had been told. We felt misled and had to question the charge.
lunch and watch the AFL, which was already being shown on the TV and was being watched by several patrons. A staff member came over and changed the channel at the request of one customer without asking anyone else. When I politely raised the issue with staff, I found them dismissive and rude. It left a poor impression and reflected a lack of consideration for the other guests.
Overall, the accommodation, food, and customer service fell well below expectations. The location was convenient, but that was the only positive aspect of our stay. I would not stay here again or recommend it based on our experience.
