The steak restaurant - not a very enjoyable steak!
The size of the room was great. The room was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Having washing facilities available was a bonus. The staff were excellent in their customer service, good communicators of information.
The in room food service took a long time. We waited almost an hour for the food to arrive. My husband had ordered a bowl of soup. It was less than half full in a very small bowl and really didn’t seem to be value for money. Otherwise, the other meal was excellent.
I only stayed one night and didn't have a whole lot of time to explore the facilities. However, my room was great and the bed was extremely comfortable.
There was only one towel in my room when i arrived. Would not have been great if i had a guest with me, my booking indicated two guests.

We stayed for a couple of nights as part of a wider trip, travelling around Australia. We used the pool most days although found large groups meant the hot tub wasn't available. We had dinner one night in the casino bar (we tried to use the QR code to order, eventually got a waiter's attention and were told it was bar service only) and then ate in the main restaurant the second night - pork much more flavoursome than beef!
Breakfast was "ok" but covered in flies so we were limited in what we ate, choosing things from under covers. On the second day, lots of items had run out. Staff were friendly.
It was clean , the swimming pool area was nice.
The location it’s a long way out of the time . Hotel very tired in need of a re vamp. Some services like town shuttle service and pool bar weren’t available.

Our airconditioning vent was covered in mold. I requested a new room and we were moved.. I had trouble with the air conditioner controls in 2nd room as the heater wasn't very warm. Staff we're very accommodating and we received free drinks vouchers.
