Breakfast, pool and location
Bed was too firm. Floodlight in the window all night.
The rooms are spacious, bed very comfortable, pillows were large and soft.
We were impressed with our room on arrival, although the corridors and walkways around the hotel could have done with a good clean and better maintenance.
There was a choice of a grill-style restaurant, an à la carte restaurant and room service, although each had different menus. Unfortunately, the food we fancied was only available through room service, so we didn’t get to try either of the restaurants.
The staff were very friendly, which was a positive. Breakfast was included in our stay, although we didn’t take advantage of it.
Overall, a pleasant room and friendly staff, but the communal walkways could have been better maintained, and the different menus made choosing where to eat a little frustrating.

The room was clean spacious and comfortable and the room service was fast and delicious
I request an accessible room due to having an injury and an infant and the lady at reception tried to change my booking to an upstairs room. It was rectified quickly.
Revisited same hotel for last night before flight home.
Used pool and pool bar this time and was very good.
Restaurant full due to group tours. More tables should be kept for individual bookings.

I liked the location and the 24/7 reception. Staff were kind and lovely to deal with.
There was a rather large spider that took maintainance over an hour to attend. Whilst I am Australian, I don't like big spiders. Hand size spider. I was disappointed in the amenities and only was given one set of shampoos and body wash for 2 people. The rooms were outdated. For the most expensive hotel in Alice, I was expecting more. Staff were kind and lovely otherwise.
