Die gute Lage und das Frühstück mit reichlicher Auswahl gleich vieles aus

Positiv ist es herauszuheben, dass ein sehr gutes Frühstück angeboten wurde. Ein und auschecken waren unkompliziert.
Das Personal war recht freundlich, aber nicht unbedingt vom Fach.
Statt Handtücher, Duschvorleger, die Badewanne war recht hoch und für etwas ältere daher schwierig.
Das Zimmer war zwar ordentlich gereinigt, aber stark abgewohnt und bedarf der Renovierung. Insbesondere Fußboden und Wände. Ich vermute, da wir mit unserem Hund unterwegs waren, ist dieses Zimmer bewusst für uns gewählt worden.

Wichtig erscheint mir noch festzustellen, das es zur U-Bahn-Station circa 100 m und zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle ca 200m sind.

Overall, the hotel is well located close to the city center, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was good, and the apple pie was absolutely wonderful! I also appreciated the cleanliness overall.
On a positive note, Mateo at the reception was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay.
Thank you for everything!

Cons:

However, I noticed that the room was not cleaned daily, or when it was, the service was incomplete. During our 3 night stay, the trash was only emptied once.
