Bad customer service
Pros:

Wouldn’t give us a new room key after we couldn't Get in our room. Kicked us out when we were outside and made us leave because we were to “loud” for the person at the front desk.

Happy to return here.
Pros:

It's close to everything. The staff were very nice. Beds are comfortable. Continental Breakfast is included .

The smudges and handprints on the window from previous guests.

Horrible, will never return. Especially for the amount I paid…
Pros:

The one staff member who cared enough about my discomfort to move me and my family to another room

Cons:

-guests drinking out front and making loud noises until 10:30pm and peeing on the tree out front
-how dirty the rooms and bathroom were
-having to go to the front counter to get toilet paper the next morning
-the bathroom counter needed repair
- the bathroom doors need replacing
-mildew in the shower
-grout missing from the tiles in the room
-mold and mildew stains in the pool area

Horrible stay
Pros:

Location was fine

Cons:

Broken hide a bed
Mattress on it was disgusting do children could not even use it on the floor
Bathroom tiles lifted so a huge gap visible
