Pool was closed due to repairs and the rug in the hallways and rooms were gross looking.

Was what was expected
That after booked and payed received email that the pool was closed which was the reason we booked as were travelling with children closing for maintenance on a long weekend poor choice dissapointed for sure

breakfast was adequate but not of caliber of other chains, and no way to know until you stay and experience it.
Grounds and landscape were in poor condition

The location is close to town and the freeway. I liked there was a pretty good breakfast and the hotel was pet friendly.
The staff was very nice and overall the hotel has a potential to become a 3 star.
The place is in need of an upgrade with newer carpet and some painting it would look a lot better. The tubs need new foot slip strips very dirty from use over long time. Hallway carpet pet stained from over long time non cleaning or updating carpet.
Room was clean and everything worked good

The room we stayed in was very dated and looked really dirty. The carpet had stains and the couch looked so gross I didn’t even want to sit on it.

We enjoyed the comfort of the room and the continental breakfast.
I liked that the pool had a water slide! There was breakfast in the morning as well. The beds were comfortable. Lots of room in the suites.
Both of my rooms on the 4th floor had an odour that reminded me of skunk. I looked behind the beds and found a water bottle and some antacids someone had left behind so not every part of the rooms gets cleaned. We were in the pool and a staff member stood outside the pool area staring at me and my kids while we were in there. No other hotel has someone like that please leave us alone.
King suite with pull out couch worked well for our group of 4
Hallways and room carpet was old and tired, bathtub spout and shower were loose and seemed like they could break any minute
