Standaard hotel, heeft zeker opfrisbeurt nodig. Duur en prijzig voor wat je krijgt. Kamer outdated.
Pros:

Aangenaam hotel met goede faciliteiten en een zeer uitgebreid en verzorgd ontbijt. Goed airco. Verzorgde kamers. Parking op plein voor het gebouw of in de buurt.

Cons:

Kamer aan de achterkant hebben deels geblindeerde ruiten tegen inkijk. Badkamer heeft opfrissing nodig, gebarsten lavabo en gebarsten toilet, lekken de douchscherm. Bed is versleten en is klaar voor vernieuwing.

Pros:

Centraal gelegen, heel uitgebreid ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, parkeren onder het gebouw, airco, heerlijk gegeten (diner) in het restaurant, mooi uitzicht op de stad.

Cons:

- Opklapbed van slechte kwaliteit en zonder topper. Gevraagd naar een oplossing, moesten hier 3 x op terug komen voordat er een topper gebracht werd.
- Hygiëne kamer; plukken haar op de grond.

Great one nighter..
Pros:

The reception staff were fantastic. Very helpful. Didn’t eat with you as only a quick stop over. Easy to get into Gent.

Cons:

Not so much the property but getting to it. We went around the loop 4 times before we worked out how to get into the inner ring road. We thought it was the IKEA service yard!
Signage is very small and said Holiday Inn, I understand this is the local authorities and not yourselves but some more signage on the approach would be helpful

Prima Hotel,, voor een paar nachten,
Personeel is vriendelijk en geduldig.

Cons:

De airco valt zwaar tegen. kamer krijg je gewoon niet koeler dan 30 grdn en maakt veel lawaai.

Parking. Nos quedamos en la rampa del parking y la valla no se abrió. El recepcionista fue excesivamente lento en solucionar el problema. Más de 10 min en una rampa con freno de mano. Inaceptable

Zeer centraal

Cons:

De airco werkte niet op onze kamer waardoor we het raam open moesten zetten. Onze kamer zat aan de voorkant van het hotel en dan heb je tot 4:00 mega veel lawaai van racende auto’s en dronken mensen buiten. Om 7:00 begint de bevoorrading weer dus weinig nachtrust… Tip neem een kamer aan de achterkant van het hotel. Personeel reageerde wel netjes door de parkeerplaats gratis te geven. Dus prima hotel maar kies je kamer goed.

Very good hotel
