Das Personal am Check in war sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Für das E-Bike keine Lademöglichkeit. Das Zimmer wurde während des Aufenthaltes nicht gereinigt, Betten nicht gemacht, Handtücher nicht gewechselt.

Pros:

Struttura molto bella e stanze ampie. Personale cortese e posizione quasi centrale.

Cons:

Purtroppo durante il nostro soggiorno l'hotel ha avuto problemi con l'aria condizionata senza fornire alcun avviso prima del check in. In una giornata afosa, al settimo piano dell'hotel la stanza é diventata una sauna. Alla reception purtroppo avevano terminato i ventilatori, quindi la giornata é stata davvero pesante. Alla reception hanno offerto un rimborso parziale.

Pros:

Вежливый персонал, круглосуточная стойка регистрации, хороший завтрак и главное - расположение, 5 мин до трамвая идущего в самый центр, это супер.

Cons:

Плохо с охлаждением - как холодильник в номере почти не работал, не охлаждал, так и в номере - от того что выполняет работу кондиционера только шума много, а даже при минимальной температуре прохлады не давал, а дни выдались жаркими в этом мае.

Für einen Kurzurlaub ist das Hotek okay
Pros:

Lage von diesn Hotel ist super, Haltestellen Cafes etc. in der Nähe.
Für einen Kurzurlaub ist das Hotel ausreichend, Frühstück ist auch okay.
Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Pros:

Gute Lage mit guten Anbindungen zu den Öffis und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Zimmer geräumig. Dachterasse mit tollem Blick über die Stadt. Gutes Frühstück zu moderaten Zeiten bis 10.30 wenn auch nicht inkludiert.

Cons:

Da es während meines Aufenthaltes sehr warm war (30 Grad) hätte eine Klimaanlage gutgetan.
Die Temperatur im Zimmer lag in den Nächten bei 26 Grad.
