The only positive aspect of the hotel is its location. It is convenient and around 10 minutes from the city centre. By Train

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing and the hotel did not meet my expectations at all. The bed is not comfortable

I requested room cleaning for two consecutive days, but nobody came to clean my room. The housekeeping service was extremely poor.

I also had an issue during the night when I needed drinking water, as there was no water available in my room. I contacted the staff to ask for some water, but they were not helpful and I could not get proper assistance.

In general, whenever I asked the staff a question or needed help, I often did not receive a clear answer or any real assistance.

Overall, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness, housekeeping and customer service. I expected much better service from this hotel.

Pros:

Blisko centrum
Świetna lokalizacja.
Jeśli jesteście autem w weekend do poniedziałku do 9:00 można poszukać sobie i zaparkować za free w strefie krótkiego parkowania.

Cons:

Parking hotelowy 25 euro.
Piesek 30 euro :( wiadomo że musi być jakaś dopłata ale to zdecydowanie za dużo.

Dobra lokalizacja i chyba tyle plusów.
Pros:

Super lokalizacja. Cicha okolica i blisko do ścisłego centrum.

Cons:

Po przybyciu do hotelu o godzinie 15:30, dowiedziałem się na recepcji że mój pokój nie jest jeszcze gotowy i wymaga posprzątania. Po 15 minutach, dostałem inny pokój, po wejściu do pokoju okazało się że jest zajęty przez innych gości. Dopiero za drugim razem recepcji udało się przydzielić wolny pokój. Następnego dnia koło godziny 10 personel sprzątający wszedł bez pukania do pokoju, następnie o 10:30 jak byłem w łazience. Pierwszy raz spotkałem się z tego typu dezorganizacją, a bywałem w wielu hotelach w swoim życiu. Do tego bardzo stromy wjazd do parkingu z dużym progiem, jeśli masz niższe auto masz gwarancję porysowania podwozia.

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, in dem man besser nicht das Frühstück dazubucht

Die Lage passt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen, es war sehr heiß im Zimmer und man konnte nicht durchlüften, da das Fenster nur gekippt werden konnte. Beim Frühstück gibt es nur eine Haushaltskaffeemaschine - immer wieder Wartezeiten. Die Wurst war schon einige Tage alt und das Brot total hart (könnte als Hühnerfutter verwendet werden). Die Butter ist dafür so weich, da sie nicht gekühlt wird!

Das Zimmer hat einen guten Einrichtungsstandard, ist geräumig, Bad und WC sind getrennt und mit Schiebetüren ausgestattet,
ruhige Lage.

Cons:

Es gibt keine Klimaanlage und es war unsagbar heiß im Zimmer 609, wie im ganzen Hotel in dieser Nacht von 4. auf 5. September 2026.
Wir konnten trotz mehrmaligem Duschen und zwei permanent eingeschalteten Standventilatorgeräten nicht einschlafen, wälzten uns schwitzend und müde in den Betten hin und her bis uns dann nach zwei Uhr nachts der Schlaf übermannte.
