They did not secure the luggage holding closet. And my bag was stolen. The staff is aware of the theft. They sent me in a taxi to the Carabinieri station to make a police report. I submitted the report to the front desk.

Отель недалеко от аэропорта - 20 минут пешком, удобный вариант, если вылет в неудобное время.
Сам номер был большой и просторный, чистый, до Венеции идет автобус - 30 минут и на месте.

Cons:

Когда мы приехали, то в отеле был всего лишь один человек - администратор. В нашем номере на троих полотенца и постель была только для двоих, мы попросили принести вещи и для третьего гостя. Администратор любезно принесла все, но заправлять постель не захотела, сославшись на то, что она это не умеет и позвать никого не может.
Считаю, что сервис отеля - заправленная кровать - это база, тем более за 300 евро/ночь, и отель позиционирует себя не как хостел, где вариант просто с положенной на кровать постелью может считаться нормой.

Personnel très professionnel. Nous sommes arrivés très tard dans la nuit et quelqu'un était là pour nous accueillir. Petit déjeuner complet.
