Pros:

The room was good as it was bigger than expected. We got to separate beds. The location is very good as it is right on the main road side safe to walk. The breakfast is average.

Cons:

Room 112. Air conditioning unit leaking all over the carpet. Went down to reception to tell them. The receptionist couldn't care less, her solution was to offer us towels to put on the floor to soak up the leak. The kettle wouldn't work in any of the sockets in the room. When we told the receptionist this she brought us up to the room & proceeded to show us that we had to plug the kettle into the socket in the bathroom & balance the boiling kettle on the bathroom sink ledge!! Health & safety at it's finest. We then asked to be changed room & we were told no.
Receptionist couldn't care less & judging by her responses & eye rolling she has plenty of experience dealing with both complaints regarding this room.

Everything was great. Highly recommend if you have a flight. I wouldn’t suggest walking to the airport though.

Good hotel, staff amazingly friendly and welcoming. Would recommend.

Good location. Clean. Easy check in/out. Staff a real asset to the hotel, everyone we met were amazingly friendly and helpful. Good amenities/food nearby.
