Good location
We only arrived very late and left the next morning but room was very spacious and bed was super firm and comfortable. Breakfast starting early was also great.
Light in the bathroom didnt work so that was a bit tricky. I think the bathroom could do with a refurb.
We could walk 900m from the airport terminal to the hotel easily. It took approximately 15mins walking with suitcases and backpacks along very good footpaths using a simple route provided by google maps. We walked at midnight and it was very safe. We walked the return route at 10am and visually confirmed it was totally safe.
Our room was absolutely huge, we must have been upgraded for free. We asked for twin beds for mum & adult daughter. We got a suite with a king bed and a huge comfy sofa bed in a separate room.
Another plus was our flight was delayed by 3 hours and thankfully the hotel reception is 24 hour. We notified them of the delay and they replied promptly.
The breakfast coffee was excellent.
The staff were friendly.
Very little to dislike. If I had to pick something, I’d say the pricey airport shuttle, so we didn’t take it and really enjoyed our 900m walk instead.
Habitación amplísima y muy bonita. Perfecto para pasar una noche cerca del aeropuerto Marco Polo. Teníamos el vuelo a las 6:00am. Nos recogió un taxi a las 4:00 y en 3 min estábamos en el aeropuerto.
Nice hotel, very clean, big rooms and comfortable beds. It was about an hour away from venice with public transportation. Very close to the airport so it's a good choice if you wish to be near the airport.
Not much
We arrived near midnight exhausted after a flight and booked two rooms (233 and 234). Finding them was a hassle, requiring a walk through long connected corridors to a hidden elevator in a separate wing. Reception handed us a physical key for Room 234, which had an electronic lock with no keyhole. After going down to reception twice, staff came up, opened the room with a master key, and admitted they don't have a working key card for this room - leaving us overnight without a key.
The room was spacious, but the bathroom was below standard and visually distasteful, featuring ugly green tiles and a basic shower curtain. Breakfast was completely average.
The worst part occurred after checkout. I accidentally left my running shoes containing expensive, custom prescription orthopedic insoles (total value: €750) behind the bed near the window in Room 233. I messaged and called reception the exact same evening to report their precise location, only to receive the following day a single, dismissive line stating they were not found.
I made several follow-up attempts to understand how this was possible, but all were fruitless, answered only with the same dismissive excuse that they couldn't find them and could do nothing further.
Management never reached out to me, and when requesting to speak to a manager, the receptionist stated they are "not allowed" to share their contact details.
Customized items do not simply disappear from a closed room accessible only by hotel staff between departure and a same-day call. The total lack of accountability and management's refusal to address guest issues directly is unacceptable.
Save yourself the frustration and book elsewhere.
Clean, comfortable beds and a good shower.
The airport shuttle and taxi’s were pushed a little too much, despite me asking for a bus timetable. It turned out the number 15 airport bus was very convenient (bus stop right outside) and around €1-2 compared to €40 for private taxi’s and shuttle.

La cercanía al aeropuerto. Está totalmente renovado, las camas muy cómodas, es muy amplio. El desayuno muy correcto y desde muy temprano para los que tengan el vuelo muy pronto.
Es una buena opción para dormir alguna noche a res desayuno volver a casa.
