Best location if you are into shopping and foodmarket. Quick access to the airport as well.
The building is old and the room definitely needed an upgrade. It smelled so bad and smoky despite that smoking was prohibited.
The air purifier made it even worse.
The carpet had many stains and the curtain was torn and there were coffee stains on the wall.
I think it wouldn’t cost so much to fix these things and it could have had a huge impact on the overall impression.
The hotel amenities like the laundry room and the lounge were great. Also loved the bath.
The hotel was initially a little difficult to locate.
아침식사를 안내하는 직원들 모습에서 친절하고 시스템이 잘 구축된 호텔임을 알게 되었습니다. 출장 일정이 1박2일이어서 일본 음식을 맛볼수 없는아쉬움이 있었는데, 조식을 통해 카레, 타코야끼, 라멘 등 모두 맛볼수 있어서 만족했습니다. 인근 난바역과 가까움 점도 최고였어요.
사전 결재 후 체크인할 때 추가로 city tax 400엔이 부여되는 점을 처음 알았습니다. 제가 설명을 못 봤을수도 있지만, 안내가 있으면 좋겠네요.

The location was more than perfect for us. We loved that we were in the heart of the Dotonbori with all the shops at walking distance. The breakfast was great, lots of choices and a nice mix of Japanese and Western food
The only downside is they do not have a drop off point as they are located in the shopping street, but the taxi can drop you at the main street and the hotel is just a 1 min walk away.

Hotel itself, it's location and cleanliness. All were amazing, specially snacks lounge was amazing.
I booked 2 rooms for a family of 6. Both rooms were of 2 person occupancy and they put 3rd bad to accommodate 3 people. After that we were unable to move in the room, even had no space to keep and open our luggage. I think booking.com is responsible for that. They should have offered me rooms with 2 + 4 occupancy. I visited several times to hotel reception and send messages through booking.com portal but disappointed every time.
Spacious room by Japanese standards. Location is great, close to Namba station and right in the heart of the shopping streets. A great bonus of the guest lounge with drinks and snacks. Another great bonus is free washing machines and dryers which is rare. Staff were very nice and spoke good English.
The room was a bit tired, with stained carpet and couch. The basin had the old fashioned separate taps for cold and hot water which are a bit annoying to use. The hotel had the old ‘oriental’ nostalgic charm with beautiful lifts and the foyer, but the rooms definitely need renovating.

Laundry room
It is located at the heart of Osaka’s entertainment, dining and shopping area. Near Namba Subway Station on the Nankai Line. One train ride from Kansai Airport and just a walking distance to the hotel. You may purchase your train ticket directly at the Kansai Airport and choose your train the nankai limited express or the ordinary one. You can also get your Icoca card at the Namba Subway Station just ask for an assistant at the ticketing station. Lively vibes and food restaurants are everywhere in the area. Near Donki, drugstore, Bic Camera & supermarket. It is also near department store. The hotel has free laundry, dryer and with free coffee 24hrs. Free drinks and mini snacks are offered at 2pm until 9:30pm only unfortunately we haven’t tried it since we always come back late at the hotel. Room is clean and spacious. There is also free baggage storage.
