Great stay. Exceeded most expectations. Laundry was excellent and would stay here again.
Pros:

Free laundry with ample machines. Guest lounge is excellent.

Cons:

Some fixtures, especially in the bathroom are dated. Ice buckets were not provided in room.

Pros:

Great location in the heart of Namba and such a short walk to Dotonbori and the train stations. Awesome for our last stay with the vacuum seal machine in the laundry to compress our clothes for packing because we bought lots of things in Japan. Big spacious room we booked with a great shower.

Cons:

On floor 4 the room was very outdated and old, heaps of marks on the wall, aircon looked mouldy. Definitely needs to be renovated to become more modern.

Pros:

The hotel is in a great location. The facilities with the drinks and food was excellent and a great place to meet people. The room was a good size

Amazing amazing lovation.
Pros:

Location was amazing. Right in the heart of namba. Could get everything I want in 5 mins. Unbelievable!

Cons:

No gym. But hey the location made up for it. Rooms were slightly dated.

Excellent stay for family of 5
Pros:

The hotel is strategically located near namba station. Within walking distance, we got to many places like shinsekei, dotonbori etc. it also provides very user friendly facilities, such as guest lounge and laundry lounge that provide complimentary services for guests.
