Excellent service from Aga especially
It was quite a long time since I last stayed at this hotel and was delighted that I encountered the same high standards as before. The bus driver from the airport to the hotel was good. James on reception was very pleasant, warm and welcoming. I enjoyed access to the Lounge on the fourth floor. The room was good. The bed was comfortable. I had an early morning flight the following day and the guy on reception took a genuine interest in me and my travel plans. The complementary coffee at reception was a welcome bonus. Similarly, the bus driver from the hotel to the airport was cheerful and courteous. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I look forward to a return visit.
Das Zimmer war geräumig und top ausgestattet, super freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück, kostenloses Wasser, Fenster zum Kippen, ruhige Lage am Park und Gratis Shuttle vom und zum Flughafen alle halbe Stunde.

Great service, excellent meal. Short notice and flying out early, so we came here because it’s in the hotel. Aga was our smiling server, she was wonderful. The breaded fish and the shrimp/linguine were both tasty.

Service was excellent! I haven’t stayed at a Crowne Plaza in a long time. The club lounge attendant, Liesl, was friendly and helpful. I accidentally split water and tried to clean it up and she wouldn’t let me.
The reception team were amazing. My daughter needed period products and we were told the closest connivence store was about a 15 min walks. One of the ladies at the front told us to wait and went to the Holiday Inn next door and brought us a small box of pads and tampons. DID not expect her to do that.
At breakfast, I tried shaking salt out of the shaker and it was empty. A minute later a server brought me a new salt shaker. I didn’t even look around for someone to bring one to me.
A fantastic hotel to stay. All the staff are excellent Muhammet serving behind the bar and in the dining room is such a friendly guy, always smiling, super efficient and knowledgeable of everything he does. Angela and her colleagues in the breakfast room are just what is needed in the morning. Patricia, Sophia on the front desk and Lisel in the 4th floor lounge - awesome people and the place feels like a home away from home and they are like a family :-) excellent

Beautiful hotel. The room is spacious. We are in a family room (two twin beds). We have a separate shower from the bathtub. Score!
If you are a platinum or higher member they have happy hour from 5:30-7:30 on the 4th floor. FREE beer and wine along with light snacks. Liese, was awesome! She has a great personality, helpful and accommodating! One of the best!
