Fantastic service from all staff. Breakfast is well worth the money,
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious. We were very impressed with the lady working there who went to the assistance of a mum with a baby and small child.
She help the boy get food while mum settle baby and then took baby while mum could get some food. We were very impressed with her care pf the family

Fabulous hotel,excellent location and staff are very professional and friendly. My wife and I always stay here before travelling abroad.

Great location for visiting Bon Jovi concert - shuttle from airport made transfer super easy.
Pros:

Breakfast great range and good quality.
Room really comfortable with superb bathroom.
Shuttle bus super easy to and from airport - with main bus route v short walking distance to hotel

Nice location, lovely breakfast but hotel overall disappointing.
Pros:

Lovely location beside the park. Close proximity to airport. Breakfast was great quality and choice.

Cons:

The hotel rooms (especially bathrooms) need refurbishment. The shower was a very old fashioned cubicle with small sliding doors, a rail in the way at elbow height and shower head quite low and no power behind it. The rooms smelt old/mouldy - we were moved to one slightly better. The bar was a bit of a let down - more like a cafe restaurant than a nice bar - no comfortable seating in it at all - it used to look a lot better a few years ago - overall disappointingly it certainly didn’t represent the value of £250 a night!!
