Will stay again
Pros:

We would definitely stay here again, the bed was so comfortable, it was a busy hotel but absolutely no noise when in our bedroom

While here, I got the impression Crown Plaza understands what travelers want and they delivered
Pros:

First impression, Exceptionally clean. We were enroute to Italy so it was a short stay, but the front desk was accommodating in getting the correct bus fare for us as we went into the city center for the day. Breakfast was well done and abundant. Also liked the water filling stations, sparkling water was appreciated.

Cons:

Nothing, enjoyed the stay completely.

Airport shuttle problems
Pros:

Comfortable hotel-nice breakfast

Cons:

We arrived late and night and were exhausted from the flight. We waited and waited at the airport shuttle but after 30 minutes, we gave up and called an uber. Reception was very apologetic, and called shuttle driver but couldnt get a hold of him. Very frustrating.

Well worth it for airport stays

Excellent stay with great service, spotless rooms, and outstanding housekeeping by Nelson. Highly recommended!
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. A special thanks to Nelson, who did an excellent job keeping the room spotless. His attention to detail and hard work made our stay even more enjoyable.

Good choice for stress-free stay before a flight

Pampered at the Crown Plaza
Pros:

Got upgraded to a Ducati suite which was wonderful! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly! We couldn’t work the tvs, so during the World Cup final, a staff member came up right away to take care of the problem. Breakfast buffet was abundant and even included honey on the honeycomb.

Cons:

Not a fan of those cafeteria like coffee machines where u push the button to select an option. Would much rather have coffee brewed fresh from beans.

Sweet stay
Pros:

The room was beautiful and I could see swans in the lake. It was pleasant stay

Hotel and room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

There was no option to book room with breakfast and we just presumed it was covered as no option to add. While we did not mind if we had to pay for breakfast we turned down the offer of €24 per person for what was available as it was not worth it.

Such good value!
Pros:

Room and bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was 10/10!! And the coffee machine was such a lovely surprise !
