Pros:

Hotel w sam raz na weekendowy pobyt w Manchesterze. Zaraz obok przystanek tramwajowy, z którego można bardzo sprawnie dojechać do centrum. W cenie która zapłaciliśmy, był to bardzo dobry wybór.

Comfy, not bad for the price, not the quietest place if you need to sleep in though
Pros:

Bedroom and bed were comfy and of the few rooms I saw there have gone through a refurbishment which has made them better.
There is a restaurant downstairs, plenty of parking (for £5 per night) and 2 spaces for electric car charging.
Location to town was perfect for me too and felt like a relatively safe area.

Cons:

Main areas and hallways felt a bit grubby.
Not that quiet - I also asked for a quiet room as I was on late shifts and needed to sleep in, which the hotel said they would accomodate no problem.
When I arrived I was given a room right at the front on the ground floor next to reception which had single glaze windows so I could hear reception and people outside on the restaurant's outside benches and the road.
Reception kindly showed me a couple more rooms, but in one clearly the AC wasn't working as it was grumbling very loudly, and the other looked ok until I saw scaffolding right outside the window where builders have been renovating. I stayed in this as I was promised the builders weren't working that week but the next day I was woken by them, not on the scaffolding, but in the next door room drilling and cutting.
I moved room again and the reception admitted there weren't any particularly quiet rooms in the hotel as there is a tram station out back too. That said I was given one on the top floor without a window and stayed here the rest of the stay and was the quietest although the refurbishment wasn't as good as the other rooms - one of the floor tiles in the bathroom was even nailed back into place after it had clearly come unglued. - the hotel did their best to accomodate me though but would have preferred them to be honest in the first email to say the hotel wasn't that quiet.

Gutes Hotel, wenn man nicht mitten in der Stadt sein möchte
Pros:

Großes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal.
Gute Anbindung, da eine Haltestelle nur 200m entfernt ist.
Old Trafford nur 10min Fußweg.

Cons:

Liegt an einer ziemlich befahrenen Straße. Etwas abgelegen, 3 Stationen bis zur Innenstadt, aber durch die nahe Haltestelle kein Problem.

Pros:

Bon hôtel au niveau de l'emplacement. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

On a eu cette " chance" d'être dans une chambre sans fenêtre, sans en avoir été informé, c'est peu respectueux.

For a one night for what I needed it was perfect.
Pros:

Staff were extremely helpful, polite and smiley. Nothing was too much trouble. Fans in the room helped with the extremely hot weather that was being experienced and was perfect in place of air conditioning. Location right by Trafford Bar tram station so VERY easy to get into central Manchester.

Cons:

No lift so don't bring big bags! And do not expect a view - this is central Manchester. The building is beautiful but not set up for air conditioning.

Staff were very accommodating and couldn’t be better value for money.
Pros:

Amazing location, easily accessible, good facilities and bathrooms. We were given an upgrade to a double room and breakfast buffet was good for price
