Good value basic accommodation for a couple of nights
Pros:

Good value location Quite busy- staffing was very helpful. Good breakfast, evening menu is rather restricted. Good value location, with parking, for visiting city centre and media city

Cons:

The room was large but has very little natural light due to large trees planted along the rear boundary of the site- probably intended to muffle noise from the trams passing in a shallow cutting immediately beyond. I wasn't disturbed by the noise but I expect others would be. The en-suite wasn't very well designed- the doorless cubicle is next to the door to the room and the bottom of the door has been attacked by damp

Good for a simple overnight stay, but lack of work space is concerning.
Pros:

The hotel is ideally located for meetings across Manchester. It's a very simple hotel with a simple breakfast - a good three star hotel. Doesn't pretend to be anything else. A good place for a night's stay.

Cons:

Bed was far too soft for my liking, pillows were very thin. Booking.com states £5 for parking overnight, I was charged £6 - only a quid more but booking.com needs to be updated with the price increase. No desk in room. Managed to grab a table in breakfast room but there are very few plug sockets. Not ideal place if you want to do some extra work.

No lifts- lovely property great location
Pros:

The property is beautiful and lovely but it’s worth noting that it lacks a lift. This should have been mentioned. I had a lovely stay but dragging my suitcase up two flights was quite a challenge. The food was good and the staff attentive. Parking is charged per 24 hours and we paid £12. It’s not far from everything and close to the Manchester grounds. There are also shops and a tram nearby.

Cons:

The fact they the carpets definitely need upgrading, and they need to state they don’t have lifts. Because it was stated. Also the water was off in the morning of or second night. So had to get up earlier to shower.

Pros:

L'accueil, très sympathique malgré que personne ne parlait Français, le personnel voulait rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible, petit déjeuner très bon , chambre confortable

Cons:

L'emplacement est à environ 5 km de Manchester et près de l'hôtel rien de spécial à voir où à faire
