Joli hôtel dans une maison ancienne à deux pas des musées et de la colline du Parlement. Accueil charmant.
Sabina went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We were travelling for a conference, and the hotel had everything we needed each day to prepare well and leave our room with a smile. The free coffee in the downstairs lounge was a bonus. Sabina was a perfect host. She was always happy to chat and share tips and stories, and posted items we had left behind back to New Zealand (she is a gem in my opinion). The location is central and in a busy part of town, as others have said. We felt quite safe in the hotel and had no issues with noise or trouble sleeping. For any travellers coming to Ottawa who want a hotel host who makes you feel at home, I would not hesitate to recommend Sabina.

The hotel is quite centrally located but on a quiet street. Unfortunately that section of Ottawa has developed a large number of homeless people, many of whom have mental problems. While we didn't experience any issues, we probably will look for another area of town to stay in, next time we visit Ottawa.
The room met all our expectations and was fully equiped.
All of the staff members were so kind and helped us because it was a last minute reservation.
Location is convenient to go nearby downtown areas.
Parking was not free. They charge for $20 per night even though they mention parking available on their website. The room is very small compared to other three star hotels. You barely fit in the shower room. Even though the location is good to walk everywhere, there are unhoused people around ; not that safe to walk out.

Super clean, economically comfortable room and quiet location despite being a few blocks from the main nightlife area. Excellent block out blinds. Best shower ever - very hot and powerful water pressure. The owner is a lovely friendly Swiss lady.
A lot of homeless people and recreational cannabis users around the surrounding streets.
The location and the facilities is good, and the room is very clean and the staff is very nice. And the parking just at the hotel
The homeless just in front of the hotel make us don’t feel good.
Very well located which made it easy to get around - short walk to Rideau Centre
