A good stay in a central location
Pros:

Good location but it was slightly dodgey at times with homelessness around the property, but that was evident in the whole of Ottawa to be honest. Room was fine, clean and comfortable bed. Luggage was stored well for us.

Cons:

Nothing, it served us for 1 night!

Great little hidden experience.
Pros:

A wonderful experience from the time we entered until we left. It felt like being in a family setting rather than a hotel. The staff were exceptional and the location is close to everything.

Cons:

Le cartier donne l’apparence d’être mal fréquenté car l’hôtel est entre 2 centres.
Mais aucun problème durant notre séjour

Pros:

Loved the welcoming staff, they were extremely kind

Cons:

The location. The hotel is very close to the place where homeless people sleep. There are always high people around, smells like weed (outside) all the time. Thankfully inside there was no smell.

Séjour assez tranquille, malgré tout.
Pros:

La chambre était confortable mais l'emplacement me semblait problématique.

Cons:

Beaucoup de personnes apparemment droguées, sans abris rôdaient tout autour de l'hôtel. L'hôtel n'a pas de parking.

The location is good for walking around and in town but there is a lot of open drug use and homeless people around the area

Cons:

The flooring in the room was tilted!!! I kept feeling dizzy and like I was going to fall!!!
I checked by keeping a pencil in the floor multiple times and it kept rolling off. It was not a round pencil either.
Not a pleasant feeling to feel like you will fall! Never experienced this before!
Not recommended.
