Better customer care
Pros:

My room made a sound like a ice crusher in the middle of the night. I spoke with the front desk person in morning. The man i spoke to did not care to discuss the issue. So we listen to this for 3 nights. This hotel/motel needs a total remodel.

Not a good choice
Pros:

Location was good. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Carpet was sticky, bathroom was dirty, light switch was broken, breakfast was very sparse. Towels were very thin. Pillows were lumpy.

Cons:

The rooms were full of the smoking smell although it was supposed to be non smoking...the bedsheets were not very clean either . Especially for the price we paid, it was very disappointing stay

NEXT TIME I WON'T STAY HERE, I'LL PAY MORE FOR A CLEAN FEEL.
Pros:

LOCATION TO THE UNIVERSITY AT BUFFALO. IT WAS NEXT TO FOOD SOURCE. OFF A MIAN ROAD.

Cons:

IT WAS DIRTY, WHEN I LIFTED THE BED SHEETS I SAW STAINS AND THAT MADE ME MAD. I SLEPT OVER THE BED SHEETS AND KEPT THE AC ON TO COLD.

It's ok... but not worth the high price that was charged
Pros:

The location was very convenient.

Cons:

The power switch used to power the microwave and mini fridge was not working properly. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Air conditioner couldn't be redirected upwards and was hitting the bed directly.

Will not be staying there again.
Pros:

It was close to our event

Cons:

The room was poorly cleaned and smelled like a sweaty locker room. When we went to the free continental breakfast at 9am. Everything was empty except cereal and a few pieces of bread for toast.

the property is close to a lot of things to do and is only 25 minutes away from niagara falls. the best was comfortable

Cons:

upon entry to the room, it could’ve been cleaner. it’s visibly outdated and could use some general repairs

Cons:

The refrigerator did not work and the staff didn't wanna replace it made a story that it works. We had to call 800# them they replaced it
