Nice little property once you get past the sketchy neighborhood and steep stairways
Pros:

It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but it’s a decent property once you get in your room, which are clean comfortable nice beds good shower having a refrigerator. Microwave is also nice and it wasn’t too noisy. I was pleasantly surprised.

Cons:

The stairs are a little tough to navigate although they have a old elevator. If you have a lot of luggage, it might be too demanding to walk up any stairs. They’re very narrow. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy and you have to park ion the street
