Very tiny rooms, overpriced, street full of homeless and drug addicts. Beware - although they state they have parking, in reality they will refer you to a nearby public parking lot after booking, where you will pay at least $50 per day.

Great staff cozy quiet property felt like a coop in upper East NY. Property is right in middle of stores ,restaurants, laundromat, and steps away from Union Square.coffee makers in room fridge and microwave.....

Location, price and the helpful front office person.

Cons:

Given that this is my first time in SF, my drive from SF airport to this facility got me concerned. Once I reached the location, I figured out that this place is quite away from all the troublesome locations. And it was quite safe and peaceful.

The stay would’ve been okay if there were no mice. With the Hantavirus in the news, me and my partner have been paranoid

Nice property. Room did its job as we stayed for 6 nights.

Cons:

On our last night, we were startled by crumpling noises that we thought were coming from outside our window. We quickly realized it was coming from our small trash bin near our bed. We caught two mice digging through. We ran to the front desk for another room to stay in. It was 1am

The room was clean. the location was good and close to transportation.

Cons:

There was no one at the front desk at night (11 pm ish) and morning (7 pm ish) and didn't answer calls. I needed water and there was no water in my room or any where in the hotel to get or buy.
