Ubicación: está en pleno centro de la ciudad muy cerca de todo en especial del estadio donde asistimos a un concierto

Cons:

La piscina estaba sucia desafortunadamente pagué un poco más por este hotel con respecto a otros de la misma zona porque tenía piscina pero no pudimos disfrutarla, avisé al manager quien tomó cartas en el asunto pero por tiempo ya no teníamos otro momento para ir a la piscina así que nos quedamos con ese sin sabor

Great experience this was my second stay definitely will visit again in the foreseeable future.
Pros:

The breakfast was pretty good, staff was very cordial, valet parking was a breeze, walking distance to the harbor was a plus.

Cons:

I wished the toilet was a handicap one it was a struggle with my back issues.

Cons:

The rate was high considering the hotel did not have a dining or cocktail lounge and I was charged 47.00 dollars to park my car. Although they offered a free breakfast, the service area was filthy, the utensils were not frequently cleaned. I went to the front desk to complain; she immediately went and cleaned it. They had no plates; people were told to use bowls. We left and purchased breakfast elsewhere. They did not have any water, only coffee and juices.

Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. We liked the hard floor (as opposed to carpet). Breakfast was hot and Rosa is very attentive. We liked being across from the yummy pizza place!

Except for mentioned irriations it was a good stay. I'd go back.

Door handle took some figuring out. We told front desk. They did respond rapidly.

Breakfast first day: I sat down with my bowl of cereal and coffee, placed it on the two-person table, and the table tipped over and dumped everything in my lap.

Pros:

We had a wonderful experience here. Everyone was welcoming, but Blaise in valet especially stood out. He was kind, efficient, and genuinely made us feel taken care of from the moment we arrived. It’s employees like him that make a hotel memorable. We’d definitely stay here again!

Started off rough but ended well
Pros:

Overall the stay was pleasant after getting settled. I had to change rooms multiple times for different reasons, which was frustrating. However, the front desk associate upon checking out handled the situation with genuine kindness, professionalism, and care. Ja Bre’ was empathetic, worked quickly to make things right, and completely turned my experience around. Because of her outstanding customer service, I would stay at this hotel again. She is truly an asset to your team.

Hampton Inn experience
Pros:

My family and I had such a great stay. From the moment we pulled up, everyone made us feel welcome. Check-in was easy, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was always friendly whenever we had a question. The valet team especially stood out, and it was a pleasure talking to our new friend Blaise . They were always smiling, greeted us every time we came and went, and had our car ready quickly whenever we needed it. It's one of those little things that really made the stay that much better.

Needs better views, better access to food, and more affordable accommodation in that area.
Pros:

Whenever I do stay in a hotel, I stay in the Holiday Inn because I find they are reasonably priced, my day is more comfortable there, and majority of them have swimming pool pools for me because I love to swim. I truly would be lying if I said, I like anything about The Holiday Inn, Inner Harbor.

Cons:

The view was terrible. The parking is horrendous and cost entirely too much. The area around the hotel is worse than the view. The bathroom in my room had holes in the wall. Overall, for as much money as I paid for that one night, my stay should have been better.
