Hampton Inn & Suites Baltimore Inner Harbor

During breakfast, the staff was very nice! She came to our table to ask if we were doing good, and she threw out our garbage. The hotels are very organized, and neat. I can‘t hear anything from the floors below! In the bathroom, there were many amenities: makeup wipe, face soap, and a lot more. In ther shower, there was shampoo, conditioner, and even shower gel! If you are coming here for a convention, the convention center is 2-3 minutes away walking distance! Good for the value!

Rooms were pristine. Continental breakfast was wonderful.. staff very kind and compassionate towards the guests.

When you book a hotel you expect to be able to sleep. We arrived back at our hotel at 9 pm. There were kids running and yelling in the hallway to the room next to ours. By 9:30 we were over it. I called the front desk with my concerns. They sent security up and it stopped for around 15 minutes. (They slammed the door every 10 minutes.)Then it started up again with the kids running and yelling. The parents stood outside our door talking and yelling. This went on until 11:30. At 11:30 they all began to sing, both kids and adults. It stopped around midnight.
The front desk never sent anyone back up to check the hallways. I felt very unsafe. It was like a loud party was going on and the front desk told them we were the complainers.
In the morning there were people sleeping on the sofa in the hallway. I guess this is the new normal at the Hampton Inn.
My husband is a Hilton Diamond member. They offered us 30000 points. This stay is equal to 60000 points. I requested they match what we lost and they said no. We all have a choice where to stay and the Marriott is looking good.

This is our second stay at Homewood Suites Inner Harbor. It is a little dated but Sue the manager said in November 2026 they will start renovating floor by floor. Everyone was so friendly, it was clean and everything was in order. Breakfast is included and Sam and Avione were very helpful. Met Irma at the Wednesday evening Happy Hour, which was complimentary. They had wine, beer, salad, soup, cheese and crackers. There also is a new huge gym attached with a lap pool 70 degrees, another pool 90 degrees and jacuzzi along with a large weight room. A theater is 2 doors away. We saw "Michael", the documentary on Michael Jackson which was very well done. This is a very walkable location, lots of restaurants, and touristy things to do.

Clean with great location. Newly remodeled bathrooms especially nice. Rosa and Gustavo provide a really good breakfast experience. All the staff friendly.

The hotel has a great location within walking distance of the Inner Harbor. The breakfast off the lobby was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Tasty and the staff was super attentive.

Darlene was excellent with promptly bringing our vehicle

Besides being woken up by the fire alarm at 8 am seriously wtf the valet was great Darlene was an amazing worker

Rosa and Gustavo in the breakfast area are the hardest working, nicest people. They kept the buffet full and cleaned up in the midst of the big rush and asked us many times if everything was okay and if we needed anything. Really great.
