I loved the staff they were very nice and very friendly and attempted to be very helpful. Also the breakfast was phenomenal a really great job there.
I did not like that I was overcharged for my entire stay. I paid $864 online prior to arrival for both of my rooms and when I arrived they charged me another $582 for the same rooms that were already paid for. When I showed the front desk associate my receipt of the payment, they brushed it off and still charged me essentially saying that if I didn't pay I wouldn't have access to my rooms that I already paid for. I also did not have access to the live TV as ALL the channels said off air. When I asked the hotel to fix it all they told me is that it was fixed but I still had no access to the live TV during my entire stay. Also I was charged $115 for 1 night of valet parking when the charge was only supposed to be $45. Overall the stay was sub par because of all of the inconveniences we faced. I will NOT recommend or go back to this hotel.

Location was great and in a short distance walk to the Children's Museum and inner harbor. Front desk and valet parking staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast staff was incredible and kept the area very clean!!! I loved the convince of having a small spread of food options included with the stay. The kids also enjoyed the pool.
Overall I had a good experience but didn't appreciate being told parking was $45 but later received a bill for over $57 including tax with no explanation regarding the additional cost. I called the hotel to investigate and was told the transportation manager would call me back but I never received any follow up. Also my bed sheets had a stain which appeared to be nail polish but made me question the cleanliness of my bedding. As a very small suggestion I would appreciate healthier choices for breakfast which include turkey options instead of only pork but again the staff was so amazing it made up for any short comings.
The breakfast crew (Rosa and Gustavo) was very helpful to us this morning. They were checking on us periodically to make sure we were OK. And Gustavo help me make my waffle also.

Our room was downgraded from a suite which should sleep 4 to a king which only slept 2. This was done in the morning of our check-in. Needed to bring air mattresses. The only remediation was the wonderful Miss White, who stayed in touch with us throughout the course of the day.
Everything was great, from the moment we pulled up to the hotel. Lee & Darlene were awesome & helpful with assisting us. They were very polite & resourceful and we are appreciative. We will definitely stay at this location again because the entire staff that we encountered represented well and that means so much to me.

Great location close to a lot of downtown events. Went to BTS concert at M&T Arena. Took the purple line (free) from the train station and only a few block walk to hotel. Arena about 15 min walk. Room HUGE and very nice. Breakfast was delicious and plenty to eat. Staff super nice and helpful. Would stay next I come to Baltimore.
