All in all good place, great staff
Pros:

Staff were great! Very friendly and happy to help.

Cons:

The hallway was left messy for a whole day (boxes outside door). First day hardly any hot water in shower. Pool was much smaller than photo showed.

It was near to the hospital. It was also lovely to see my name on TV! That was cute! Bed sheets and bathroom were super clean!!

Nice hotel terrible experience
Pros:

I loved the staff they were very nice and very friendly and attempted to be very helpful. Also the breakfast was phenomenal a really great job there.

Cons:

I did not like that I was overcharged for my entire stay. I paid $864 online prior to arrival for both of my rooms and when I arrived they charged me another $582 for the same rooms that were already paid for. When I showed the front desk associate my receipt of the payment, they brushed it off and still charged me essentially saying that if I didn't pay I wouldn't have access to my rooms that I already paid for. I also did not have access to the live TV as ALL the channels said off air. When I asked the hotel to fix it all they told me is that it was fixed but I still had no access to the live TV during my entire stay. Also I was charged $115 for 1 night of valet parking when the charge was only supposed to be $45. Overall the stay was sub par because of all of the inconveniences we faced. I will NOT recommend or go back to this hotel.
