Hampton Inn & Suites Baltimore Inner Harbor

We first met Gustavo and Gustavo was so wonderful and Rosa was just as great both are very welcoming. They have been so friendly, every morning they greeted us with smiles! The entire area where we ate was so clean they were continuously wiping up and making sure we were happy with our food. Thank you Gustavo and Rosa for starting our day off in such a pleasant way!

I had an outstanding experience with Tishanna S. at the Hampton Inn & Suites Baltimore Inner Harbor valet. I originally planned to park down the street at a nearby parking garage, but Tishanna is the reason I decided to valet.

From the moment I arrived, her smile, warmth, courtesy, and helpful spirit made such a positive impression. She was professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Her customer service went beyond simply assisting with parking; she made me feel valued and cared for as a guest.

Each day during my stay, I found myself looking to see if Tishanna was on duty because her presence truly brightened my day. She is a wonderful representative of the hotel and an example of what excellent hospitality should look like. Thank you, Tishanna, for making my stay even better!

The hotel is in a nice area and within walking distance of major attractions. The free breakfast includes many options and the server Gustavo was very attentive and kind. Great place to stay!

Rosa and Gustavo did an excellent job. The food was great, the coffee was dark and they checked on me twice during the meal. Highly recommended you visit them at the Hampton Inn and Suites breakfast bar.

Having a good from a different hotel that had issues with noise and smoke, this Hampton Inn was wonderfully roomy, well maintained and just a very comfortable place for our family

The accommodations were excellent- spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. However breakfast was very disappointing. Both mornings there was a lack of food- things running out and not being replenished, and staff started putting things away and cleaning up well before the end of breakfast service. The general area was messy and uninviting. If a hotel is going to offer a service for a certain time period they should honor that offer and provide as promised, so that guests can plan accordingly and not be disappointed.

Great location, friendly staff. Rosa from the breakfast was great. The rooms are good but not great. Room was quiet except for some really loud folks next door. Not the cleanest hotel. Carpets were not clean and nobody cleaned up our room. Pool was cold and quite dirty.

Close to harbor

Having a background in hospitality, I tend to have high standards when staying at hotels. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service during our short stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and in the dining area, Rosa and Gustavo were outstandingly helpful with all of our needs. They made our 4th of July weekend great. Way to go! Thank you.

Rosa and Gustavo for breakfast are fantastic. Always going above and beyond and checking in with everyone ! Even got my son strawberry yogurt because he was being so picky!

Valet was great. Blaise did a great job. Very appreciative.

My stay at the Hampton Inn was excellent and the outstanding customer service made all the difference.
