Pros:

It was very clean. We love the shopping centers next to this hotel. I loved the kitchen and big refrigerator. I was able to make my toddler some meals since she is very picky with food.

Cons:

The parking fee was very expensive since we stayed three night.

Pleasantly Surprised
Pros:

The location was ideally located to Santa Clara University to participate in their campus tour. I enjoyed the hotel because it was comfortable. the beds were comfortable and the shower and bathroom were well maintained. This was my first experience in a Hyatt House hotel, so I was surprised to see a kitchen in my room.

A good stay - would stay again
Pros:

The hotel is located near shops and parking is close by. It was clean and room was spacious. It was quiet and even though FIFA was happening close by, I was not bothered by any noise from that. Bed was comfortable. The shower had nice hot water and was clean. And, the breakfast was wonderful!

Nice/clean hotel option in Santa Clara
Pros:

Great location near Levi Stadium. Very nice, large rooms for families, with neat/clean lobby. Friend check-in staff. Nice pool.

Great Relaxing Stay Before and After Attending a World Cup Game
Pros:

The hotel was in a convient location. It is near Levi Stadium and the San Jose Civic Center. Front desk is super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and had a mini kitchen. The tv worked with great selection of channels. Morning breakfast was delicious. Check out was at noon, giving lots of extra time in the morning. All staff that I encountered were all friendly. I will return here for a future stay.

The pool was nicely heated and the staff was kind.

Sure to the parking or car was broken into items stolen and the hotel offered no compensation other than free parking which if I'm being honest was Bull shit

My recent stay
Pros:

I was visiting my son and stayed at the Hyatt House for two weeks. The front staff is wonderful; the location is convenient to Safeway and the restaurants, etc.; I was NOT interrupted by other room doors closing; the hotel is clean; you can hear planes going overhead but earplugs helped a lot; but, the breakfast leaves something to be desired.

Pros:

The little kitchen area in the room. The size of the room was great. The beds and pillows were comfortable. It was clean and the staff was nice and very accommodating.

Cons:

It's in a busy strip mall which is good for dining and shopping but could not be for everyone.

Worth the stay
Pros:

First time staying in the Hyatt House. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room, the amenities inside the hotel, and noise level 0 although the back of my room was the highway. Free breakfast is a deal breaker but with a free charging station for electric vehicles, what else could we ask for. We love our short stay and will come back. Highly recommended.
