Lo mejor del hotel es su personal, que están dispuestos a ayudarte rápidamente para que tu estancia sea mejor, destacando a Eli y Ana que son autenticas profesionales con empatía hacia el cliente para que èste se sienta lo mejor posible.

Cons:

La habitación básica, deja mucho que desear. Colchón incómodo, no tiene nevera ni escritorio…
El hotel necesita una remodelación, sobre todo los baños.

The room was dated, chipped flooring, door handle hanging off the bathroom door, shower fixed to wall and sprayed the whole bathroom each time you used it.

Riesgo de seguridad en la cocina y evidente falta de mantenimiento. No es un 4 estrellas.
Pros:

Únicamente la ubicación y la amabilidad del personal de recepción. Lamentablemente, el estado de la habitación eclipsó cualquier aspecto positivo de la estancia.

Cons:

El estado de deterioro generalizado es impropio de un hotel de 4 estrellas (suelo laminado levantado, puertas y marcos hinchados por humedades, óxido en el baño). Sin embargo, lo más grave es la absoluta falta de seguridad eléctrica en la kitchenette: el microondas estaba depositado directamente sobre el escurridor metálico del fregadero, pegado al grifo del agua. Esto supone un riesgo evidente e inaceptable de cortocircuito por salpicaduras, además de inutilizar la placa de cocción. La Dirección del hotel considera esto una simple 'diferencia de distribución'. Una decepción absoluta.

L’appartement était très sale à notre arrivée, avec notamment des cafards. Les canapés étaient très sales et la salle de bain n’était pas propre. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas correctement et la moustiquaire était complètement en mauvais état. Nous sommes très déçus de l’état général de l’appartement et surtout du manque de propreté.

Très bon séjour, hôtel calme, propre et confortable.
Pros:

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme de l’hôtel, la chambre spacieuse et propre ainsi que la bonne literie. Le personnel était agréable et accueillant, notamment la dame qui parlait français. Le petit-déjeuner était varié avec des horaires larges. Nous avons également aimé l’emplacement, la propreté générale de l’établissement et surtout le spa, très agréable pour se détendre.

Cons:

Nous avons été un peu déçus que l’accès au spa soit uniquement sur réservation et qu’il ne soit pas possible d’en profiter librement. Les jus proposés au petit-déjeuner pourraient également être améliorés.
