Sehr zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang obwohl wir sehr sehr spät ankamen! Das Bett war bequem und die Reinigungskräfte leisten beste Arbeit.
Und es gab einen großen Parkplatz.
Ich würde immer wieder hier hinkommen.

Looks like a posh hotel, good location, friendly English speaking staff. Great bar. Free parking. Good value

Cons:

My room seemed like it was designed a certain way, but then everything was jumbled up. So the bed area where my head would go, had a big plug socket sticking out the wall. There was no way of turning the light off from the bed. I had to turn the tv on, turn the lights off, get in bed and turn the tv off with the remote. The coffee machine was iffy. The toilet roll holder was in the way when trying to sit on the toilet. I had steak for dinner. It was the worst steak I'd had in ages. Like a bit of leather. All the other food was great. I did consider going to the gym. When I checked it out, it didn't appeal to me. So I didn't train.

Vriendelijk personeel, goed eten maar ondermaatse kamer.
Pros:

Ontbijt was goed, personeel super vriendelijk en de avondmaaltijd smaakte ook lekker bij ieder van ons. De kamer was warm, enkel een ventilator, geen ramen die open konden en de kussens zijn niet aangenaam. Die worden ook verkocht maar kan me niet voorstellen dat daar animo voor is.

Cons:

Voor een kamer die € 600 kost voor drie nachten was deze ondermaats. Geen mogelijkheid om een raam te openen zodat het kan luchten en je 's avonds frisse buitenlucht naar binnen kan laten was een gemis.

Geschikt voor een weekend als men er moet zijn in de omgeving.
Pros:

De ligging. Heel mooie parktuin omgeven door bossen. Ontbijt was gewoon goed. Mooie en nette badkamer. Geen frigo in de kamer. Geen airco (nochtans een 4 sterrenhotel). Slechte isolatie. We hoorden heel duidelijk de hotelgasten in de kamer naast ons. Overal tapijt vinden we niet hygiënisch.

Cons:

Airco, isolatie, vloerbekleding, geen frigo.
Het hotel is verouderd. Het is aan een update toe.

In der Basis ein schönes Hotel, aber leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen
Pros:

Das Hotel war leicht zu finden und bietet einen großen Parkplatz sowie einen schönen Eingangsbereich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht: ein einfaches Doppelzimmer und eine Suite. Das Doppelzimmer im ersten Obergeschoss hat uns insgesamt deutlich besser gefallen und wirkte heller, angenehmer und gepflegter.

Die Suite im Erdgeschoss hat unsere Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt, zumal sie mehr kostet als das normale Zimmer. Der Ausblick ging auf Gestrüpp sowie ungepflegte Terrassen- und Grünbereiche. Das Zimmer wirkte insgesamt kalt, sehr dunkel und der Geruch im Raum war leider nicht besonders frisch.

Auch die Raumaufteilung fanden wir nicht ideal. Zwischen Wohnbereich, Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer gibt es kleine, leicht zu übersehende Stufen, über die wir leider gestolpert und hingefallen sind. Gerade bei einer Suite hätten wir uns eine zeitgemäßere, möglichst barrierefreie Lösung gewünscht.

Das Badezimmer war für eine Suite sehr klein, hatte keine richtige Abtrennung durch eine Tür und die Dusche war winzig. Zudem war das Zimmer schwer zu finden, da es in einem separaten Gebäudebereich lag, der nicht ausgeschildert war.

Insgesamt entsprach die Suite für uns leider nicht dem, was wir angesichts des höheren Preises und der Bezeichnung als Suite erwartet hätten.

Mooi gelegen hotel in een groene en rustige omgeving, met gratis parking.
Pros:

Het hotel ligt in een mooie, groene en rustige omgeving. Een extra pluspunt is de gratis parking. De kamers zijn ruim en lijken op het eerste zicht netjes. De ontvangst was vriendelijk en verwelkomend. Ook het vervoer van en naar de GelreDome was mooi geregeld en verliep vlot.

Cons:

Bij aankomst kregen we geen uitleg over waar en wanneer we konden ontbijten. Ook in de bar verliep alles vrij chaotisch. Tafels bleven lang met leeggoed staan en het personeel was niet goed geïnformeerd over het plaatsen van de rekening op de kamer, waardoor we dit telkens opnieuw moesten uitleggen.

Op de kamer lag nog een trui van vorige gasten in de kast, wat meteen vragen oproept over de controle en netheid. We verbleven twee nachten. Na de eerste nacht werden er enkel handdoeken aan de deur gehangen, maar de kamer werd niet gepoetst. Na melding aan de balie werd dit nogal luchtig opgenomen. Later bleek het bed wel opgedekt, maar de badkamer was nog steeds niet gepoetst en de vuile handdoeken lagen er nog.

Ook het ontbijt verliep chaotisch. Tafels werden amper afgeruimd en de service voelde weinig professioneel aan.

De accommodatie en locatie zijn absoluut top, maar voor een viersterrenhotel laat de service helaas te wensen over.
