Wir haben uns gut untergebracht gefühlt.
Pros:

Familienzimmer sind okay und ausreichend für 3 Personen bei einem Kurztripp.

Cons:

Toilettenlicht ausschließlich über Bewegungsmelder. Am Freitag Rezzeption gegen 3.00 Uhr nicht besetzt.

Wouldn’t come back
Pros:

Looks pretty when you walk in, good entry. The staff was really nice too.

Cons:

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, without any note of why or what happened. So we were mept in th dark. The bed was also not comfortabele, there were only thin sheets and a flat pillow. No AC.

Fijn verblijf gehad
Pros:

Helaas was er geen airco op de kamer, maar dat was prima opgelost met een ventilator.

De tuin om in de wandelen, het zwembad, het terras en bar. Mijn zusje en ik zijn hier verbleven tijdens het concert van Bad Bunny en het bar personeel speelde hier goed op in. Na het concert nog op het terras gezeten, was onwijs gezellig!

Verder is er mij een medewerker van de F&B bij gebleven (kort haar, make-up always on fleek en een bril) onwijs bedankt voor je gastvrijheid <3.

Cons:

Wij zijn rond een uur of 09:00 gaan ontbijten. Veel dingen waren op en er werd niet actief bijgevuld dat is erg zonde. Ik snap de gedachtegang om verspilling tegen te gaan, maar wat er overblijft zou aangeboden kunnen worden via To good to Go.

Met het warme weer werden de watertanks niet vaak bijgevuld en dat is zonde, want staat leuker en het nodigt uit.

Nie wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage im Wald war schön. Der erste Eindruck der Außenanlagen war auch schön.

Cons:

Das erste Zimmer war total dreckig, das Ersatzzimmer auch. Das 2 Zimmer wurde durch ein Rezeptionisten grob gereinigt. Die Türzargen sind überall angehauen, die Fußleisten kaputt.
Sehr niedrige Decken , dadurch sehr warm
In der Nacht wurden wir für mehrere Stunden von einem sehr lauten Brummen gestört (Kompressor oder ähnlich)

Auf unsere Kritik wurde gar nicht eingegangen.

Fijne douche, goed kussen. Oke bed

Cons:

Geen airco. Erg heet, wel een ventilator gelukkig. Helaas tweede nacht wakker geschrokken door gillend brand alarm. Geen personeel te zien. Geen informatie. Nadat wij zelf op zoek gingen naar informatie, troffen wij toevallig iemand in de hal bij de receptie die wist te melden dat het vals alarm was. Zelf dit over de gang moeten verspreiden, niemand van het personeel te zien. Volgende dag en vaag onbegrijpelijk briefje op de balie, waaruit vooral moest blijken dat alle protocollen voortreffelijk waren opgevolgd. Geen excuus, helemaal niets. Wij lazen nog dat dit in de laatste paar maanden al een paar keer eerder was gebeurd. Een serieus verbeterpunt hoe hier richting gasten mee om te gaan!

Ook bij aankomst was de dame achter de receptie niet erg vriendelijk. Toen wij vroegen om een koelere kamer op de begane grond, had ze ook al tegen 'hun' (onze vrienden) gezegd dat dat niet kon.

Im ganzen war es gut gewesen.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Da die Zimmer keine Klimanalage haben hat das Hotel einen Ventilator reingestellt.

Frühstücksbuffet hätte öfters aufgefüllt werden können.

Bloedheet onpersoonlijk en zwaar teleurstellend met brandalarm
Pros:

Het ontbijt was prima. Ligging is prettig en koud zwembad prima.

Cons:

Slecht gekoelde kamers. Geen airco. Niet te harden met hoge temperatuur. Vooral eerste verdieping en kamers boven nr 180.
Hoogste drie kamernrs staan zelfs in het grote boek vd locatie rood ingekleurd... die zijn letterlijk Heet!

Midden in de nacht brand alarm (vals blijkbaar) zonder enige communicatie door personeel. Commentaar werd ontvangen zonder enige vorm van excuus, vervelend of welke vorm van klant gerichtheid dan ook (kijkt u maar op het papiertje op de balie)

Verder outdated en muffe stiffige kamer met wel nette badkamer die erg klein is., alsof je in een caravan zit

De prijsverhouding in tegen wat je ervoor terug krijgt.
Kamer zijn spaansbenauwd, alsof je slaapt in een vlindertuin, kamers zijn niet voorzien van airco.
Housekeeping maken kamers niet schoon.

Schön Anlage, kein schönes Zimmer
Pros:

Die Hotelanlage war schön.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, es gibt keine Klimaanlage und Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen und das bei über 30 Grad. Kein Kühlschrank oder Begrüßungswasserflasche auf dem Zimmer.
Für ein vier Sterne Hotel habe ich definitiv mehr erwartet.
