Categories

Cleanliness
7.6
Mixed reports: several guests praise very clean, impeccable rooms, but there are notable negative reports (rooms very dirty, dust under beds, 'limpieza mejorable'), so cleanliness is slightly below the overall target.
Service
8.4
Mixed but generally positive: many guests describe welcoming, excellent and helpful staff, while a few report indifferent or rude reception and an uncomfortable interaction with serving staff. Service is good overall but inconsistent.
Location
9.4
Consistently praised: excellent location (near El Corte Inglés, metro, university campus and Camp Nou); guests frequently note convenience for sightseeing and transport.
Room Quality
8.6
Generally positive: rooms described as spacious, comfortable beds, well-sized and with kitchenettes; some issues reported (noisy at night in some rooms, uncomfortable sofa-bed in one case).
Amenities
8.6
Good amenities overall: kitchenettes, bottled water in fridge and a solid breakfast offering; minor complaints about AC noise, missing utensils ('falta menaje') and occasional soap not being refilled.
Value for Money
7
Noted weakness: several guests consider the hotel expensive or not matching a 4-star expectation ('muy caro', 'Pay for 4 star and you will get 2 star'), so value is below average.
Food and Beverage
9.2
Strong positive sentiment: breakfast repeatedly praised as very good, 'formidable' and 'muy completo'; on-site cuisine also highlighted as excellent.
Overall Experience
8.4
Overall positive: many guests would return and recommend the hotel thanks to location, room comfort and breakfast, though intermittent issues with cleanliness and reception tempered some stays.

Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro
Pros:
