Hôtel bien situé
Pros:

L’hôtel est situé juste à côté du métro. Chambre familiale spacieuse et canettes d’eau fraîche dans le frigo très appréciable. La literie est de bonne qualité. Petit déjeuner au top.

Cons:

Un accueil désagréable par réceptionniste le jour de notre arrivée. Nous avions oublié la carte d’identité de notre enfant à notre domicile mais avions présenté une photo de son passeport, cela n’a posé aucun problème sur d’autres hôtels faits durant notre parcours en Espagne, sauf pour ce réceptionniste qui nous a fait une leçon de moral et à quand pris l’enregistrement sans nous regarder et nous poser les cartes des chambres en les claquants sur le comptoir !
Les rideaux de la chambres 409 sont déchirés. Pour un 4 étoiles c’est pas correct.
L’hôtel est mal insonorisé.

Cons:

Notre réservation a été annulée a la dernière minute , motif carte refusée alors qu’on a tt payé avec la meme carte et et leur donné une deuxième carte et avec des appels successif pour garder notre réservation mais en vain .
Ils ont revendu notre réservation malheureusement
