מיקום מעולה, 10/10 . צוות מקסים ואדיב. חדר מעוצב באופן חדשני , קירות מבטון חשוף, ארונות עם חיפוי ברזל שחור עם ידיות אינטגרליות, רצפת פליז במקלחת, כיור שאין מקום לידו לשים חפצים ויש להעזר בשפרפרף (לא לכולם זה מתאים). מיטה מאוד נוחה !, חדר מאוד מאובזר. ארוחת בוקר דלה. הייתי מרוצה מאוד ואין ספק שאם אחזור למילאנו, אתארח שם שוב.

Pros:

El diseño del hotel es incómodo y poco funcional. NO HAY NINGÚN MUEBLE O ASIENTO CONFORTABLE. Los interruptores de la cama están mal dispuestos y cuesta acceder a ellos. El lavatorio es incómodo y salpica a todos lados. El ambiente del hotel es frío y poco acogedor; solo se ve compensado por el personal amable y la excepcional ubicación.

Just perfect.
Pros:

The location of Straf hotel is 10/10 as it is near Duomo, cafes, restaurants and all the shops.
I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and it never disappoints. The staff is always willing to help, the rooms and the facilities are super modern and very clean.

Cons:

The only thing I would say is the limited light on the staircase of the hotel. The concept of the hotel is quite dark and modern but just for convenience and inclusivity of all people who may visibly struggle.

Central well designed stay.
Pros:

Rooms were spacious, very clean and extremely well designed. Windows opened onto the street, little details were all taken care of.

Cons:

The pool and spa area needs to attention. It was worn out, a little smelly and saunas did not work properly.

Not worth the additional for "higher-end" hotel. Doesn't feel that way.
Cons:

Front desk staff seemed untrained and unwilling to go the extra mile for a higher-end hotel. Seems like they did an aesthetic facelift to this hotel and didn't address the functionality or outdatedness of the rooms/hotel.
