Bu paraya daha iyi bir otelde kalabilirdik ,memnun kalmadık

Cons:

Öncelikle servis hizmeti oldukça yavaş. Otelin telefon hatları sürekli meşgul. Bir şeye ihtiyacınız olduğunda arayıp talepte bulunmak istiyorsunuz ancak operatörden sürekli "Şu an aradığınız numara meşgul" anonsunu duyuyorsunuz. Defalarca aramanız gerekiyor; inanması zor ama durum gerçekten böyle.Otel, ödediğiniz ücretin karşılığında beklenen kaliteyi sunmuyor. Bu fiyat seviyesindeki bir otelde standart olarak bulunması gereken pek çok şeyi ayrıca talep etmek zorundasınız. Örneğin, diş fırçası istemeniz gerekiyor. Duş lifi yalnızca bir kez veriliyor; ertesi gün yenisini istediğimizde kat görevlisi, elinde olmadığını ve resepsiyondan istememiz gerektiğini söyledi.Odadaki suyun yarısını tükettiğinizde ertesi gün yenisi konulmuyor. Duşta yalnızca tepe duş başlığı bulunuyor ve musluklar arızalıydı. Ayrıca odadaki telefon çalışmadığı için resepsiyonu banyodaki telefondan aramak zorunda kaldık.Gecelik yaklaşık 600 Euro ücret alınan bir otelin çok daha yüksek bir hizmet ve konfor standardı sunması gerekir. Ancak burada kalite hissi veren neredeyse hiçbir unsur yok. Yatak kalitesi oldukça kötüydü. Yaylı yatak kullanıldığı için ikinci kişi hareket ettiğinde tüm yatak sallanıyordu.Banyodaki pirinç kaplama zemin ise yürürken çöküyor hissi veriyordu. Tüm bu olumsuzluklar, otelin fiyat-performans açısından beklentilerin çok altında kalmasına neden oldu.

Jong dynamisch zeer Professioneel Personeel, die meerdere talen spreken!

Personeel was zeer Professioneel en de communicatie vaardigheden uitstekend. Ik bedank Anna, Ilyas uit Fes, Axel, en Diana uit Moldavia. Met deze 4 Front Office personen heb ik een uitstekende ervaring.
