Fleas and curdled milk
Pros:

Check-in was very slow, with the one rep listening to another guest tell stories at length while a line formed behind her. My room key had to be remagnetized 3 times before I could access my room. There was a flea jumping around in my bed. The milk at the breakfast buffet was curdled and there was no one to ask for fresh milk — we ended up eating at the Chit Chat Diner up the road (which was great, highly recommend.) Value was good and rooms are a decent size but would not return or recommend.

It was a very comfortable, safe, and clean stay. Would stay again, especially for a short trip.
Pros:

Clean and spacious room with a rental rate that included breakfast. Great to have a fridge (with no mini bar) and a microwave. The complimentary water bottles and generous bath accessories were a plus.

Cons:

There was no wifi or internet service and no alternative. The two phones in the room did not work. Both issues were know to the establishment and guests were not proactively informed. The bfast was advertised as hot, but is best described as a deluxe continental breakfast, or a hot continental breakfast. The bfast consisted of a warm pre-packaged egg & sausage biscuit sandwich, a waffle iron, various bread and pastries, a toaster, dry cereal, yogurt, juice, tea, and coffee.

Enjoyed my stay
Pros:

I had a very good experience at this hotel. I had the King room with a jacuzzi. I really enjoyed my stay and the staff was very accommodating.

Worth the price. Very happy despite the coffee and half asked breakfast buffet breakfast
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent one day...the other 2 days it seemed like they were doing the bare minimum. There was no meat with the eggs, no milk in the cooler, no half and half for the coffee. The coffee was horrible. It didn't even taste like coffee. I would definitely recommend they change the brand they're currently using. Coffee is important in the morning and this coffee was really bad. Other than that, the place itself was lovely, clean, spacious, classy and totally worth the cost...which was very affordable. We will come again next time we visit. The manager was very friendly and competent.

Cons:

The coffee!!! IT WAS TERRIBLE. 2 of the 3 breakfasts were lacking meat, milk and half and half. The buffet seemed rushed, lacking and lazy...like they gave us the bare minimum.

With a few tweaks , this could be an excellent place
Pros:

The room was very clean and large , and even the bathroom was large.

Cons:

The hot water in the shower was only warm . The breakfast buffet was a fail. The eggs were not mixed well and were cold.The coffee machine was broken.There was not much there available for people who need gluten-free food like myself.And if there was , it was not labeled.
