Quality hotel, coffee not great.
Pros:

Great location, real quality hotel. Great front desk staff and breakfast staff.

Cons:

Room had a strong deodorizer smell. Coffee in the morning was bad. Magnetic strip door locks erase easily if they are kept next to your phone.

I booked, the spa suite, and the young lady at the front desk gave me the basic room, after walking to the room and realizing this was not the room I had paid for walked back to the front desk and was able to get the correct room

The long walk from the wrong room I was initially given to the front desk

Pros:

I asked for a king room but was given double. The staff quickly rectified the situation. Everyone was courteous and cooperative!

Horrible disgusting place. Unprofessional staff.

I would not recommend this hotel.
As you can see from my profile i have many reviews. This is tesl review not like other positive ones with few reviews.

The property is extremely old and run-down, and it feels like it has been neglected for years. The rooms are depressing, with outdated décor, unattractive green walls, and small full-size beds that are far from comfortable. Cleanliness was also an issue, as the room did not feel properly maintained.

The biggest disappointment, however, was the front desk staff. Check-in was disorganized, and the staff made absolutely no effort to be helpful. They came across as rude, indifferent, and unwilling to assist with even basic requests. Good customer service can make up for many shortcomings, but unfortunately that was completely absent here.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

Pros:

Everything was great, all of my days there staff was respectful and they cleaned the room well. There was fireflies at night which was nice, and plenty of space to lounge outdoors. They also have bikes for guests to use but I didn't take advantage of that.

Cons:

Noise from another family's dog, but that's not the Hotel's fault.

pretty good I would give it a 4/5 stars could be better but not bad i would come back again.
Pros:

the suite was great! loved the bath in the bedroom, the bathroom was very clean, and the beds were comfortable, also the price was better than Cambria.

Cons:

The carpet was dirty, and I did find a hair in my bed, the breakfast was average. They should have tumble ware, after hours if in case people need to have a plate and utensils after breakfast hours, at least.
