It was ok..not a great area of town, especially around the nearby Tims

Boutique Hotel in the heart of Orillia
Pros:

Love everything about this cute boutique Hotel
The walk in shower was wonderful

Cons:

Toilet was too low for anyone over 5 ft or didn't practice daily squats
This is my only complaint

It’s clean , beds comfortable, staff helpful

Location is great just walking distance to the lake , close to restaurants.

We think it offers the best of what we need. Location to restaurants. Clean. Great beds.
Pros:

Love the location to multiple restaurants and the water. It's a historical hotel that has been fully remodeled to a modern look. The beds and pillows are super comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast is limited to the usual continental yucky packaged stuff. We have a coffee and take a piece of fruit and wait for lunch.

The location is great, the rooms are adequate, as are the staff.
Pros:

The omelettes and sausages were surprisingly delicious! However, a good deal more options need to be provided to earn a good rating.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi signal was absolutely non-existent.

Pros:

We were welcomed by a friendly staff member at reception. Our room on the 3rd floor was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was omlette and sausages with a variety of bagels, muffins bread for toast, tea, coffee, fruit juice and a waffle maker. The hotel is situated downtown a short walk to the waterfront and the main street.
