Paid a $300 deposit for two nights, still haven’t received my deposit back and it’s been over two weeks
No microwave.
Conveniently located
The headboard in our room was dirty, scratched up, and written on
The casino was large with many slots and tables. Shops and restaurants were interesting. Food and drinks at the pool bar was good.
Arrived at 6:15 after a long day of flying and our rooms were not ready and we ended up in separate towers even though we requested rooms on the same floor. One pool was closed do to glass, the towel hut was unattended, no towels available. Extremely noisy not peaceful in the pool. The pool closed at 8. My room smelled of smoke even though we asked for nonsmoking rooms. Over priced hotel, pictures on the website are not representative of real hotel.
Breathtaking view through Hotel.
Limited non smoking areas for the slot machines and tables.
The room was perfect! Very comfortable bed, nice big screen TV, and the shower was the best!
Smelling like smoke
The room was clean
No furniture on balcony
Location was great.
The casino smoke is terrible
Close proximity to music venue
We arrived.. no valet to meet us at curb… Not told where to park..no greeting at all?
I walked inside and eventually found a valet to help with our bags..he then complained about how little he was payed by Hard Rock the whole time and begged for a tip!
Slow service every time we needed it..Front desk check in.. check out and at pool restaurant…and the room
Cost was outrageously expensive for what was received. A basic room with 1 queen beds for over $1000 is ridiculous. Bathroom had hairs in the shower. We got ID’d (we are 55 years old) for drinks by the pool and did not have passports with us(we are at the pool!) so no relaxing margaritas for my wife. Pool area (and seating) was dirty and towels were old and faded…and we were limited to only one towels each? Why?
And the final FAIL on your part was that you DO NOT OFFER a shuttle to the concert venue next door … so another $40 to be driven across the street!
WOW… incredible fail on multiple levels this time team!
Very disappointing $1500 spent at your venue.
Absolutely beautiful
Clean. Nice rooms.
Some places too smoky. Prices
