Friendly Staff and a Pleasant Stay
Pros:

We had a very convenient and comfortable one-night stay. The hotel is well located, and the room was clean and comfortable.

A special thank you to Chanel at the front desk, who was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We'd also like to thank Chloe in the breakfast area for her caring and attentive service, which made the morning even more enjoyable.

Cons:

One small issue I forgot to mention before checking out: the bathroom sink was draining very slowly because the basin was partially blocked. Hopefully this can be fixed for future guests.
