The location is very good but the place looks very tired
Pros:

Close to beach, boardwalk and very good restaurant

Cons:

Dirty, very tired even though recently renovated. Bed too soft and uncomfortable. The pillows lumpy.

El checking se demoró muchísimo tiempo ( por un fallo en sus comunicaciones)y tuve que dar por escrito mi numero de tarjeta de crédito, fecha de caducidad y CVV (sin ningun control de seguridad).
No me ofrecieron la opción de House Keeping, aunque me alojé dos noches.
Una de las toallas de baño estaba completamente sucia y doblada junto a las otras.
No había gel de baño y únicamente dejaron una pastilla que estaba fuera de su envoltorio y ya usada.
Han pasado ocho días y aún no he recibido la devolución del depósito (teniendo la certeza de que no es un problema de mi banco, porque sí que lo recibo en otros establecimientos).

There is room for a small desk and chair. Many people work on vacation and a desk would be helpful.

Ambiente sporco, moquette anche all esterno. Odore di urina in prossimità dell ascensore. La camera e condizionata con un pinguino, con tubazione che passa per la camera. Rumorosissimo, non si riesce a tenere acceso do notte, ma fa caldissimo e passi notte il senza riposo

Pros:

Location - on the beach. Very friendly front desk.

For the price, I expected to get the TV stations on their list. Got half. Apparently its been an issue for awhile. Still is.

Great hotel, wonderful staff, beach location!
Pros:

Right on the beach! Great location, clean rooms, amazing staff, everything was excellent! Woodys restaurant right next is delicious. It has breakfast, lunch, variety of coffees/teas, smoothies and açaí bowls and more! I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location
Pros:

This hotel is perfect proximity to the beach, restaurants, Worlds famous and Wooly's, you can't beat it! I mean there are other restaurants nearby, but these two are right there!! The bonus is it's a Non-smoking property, so the rooms are clean and the patio was smoke free. We had a little issue, but that was quickly resolved! Thank you, Angel!
The front Staff, Angel, was great, very attentive! If you need anything, hopefully he's working when you check-in. The room to our surprise (not even sure why, as if I didn't book it) but came with a microwave, fridge and a coffee pot. While there isn't a standard AC, there is AC. Just be prepared it's more of a portable one that doesn't move. Ours was right next to the bed and front door, but it did it's job.

Cons:

The only issue I encountered was the bathroom wasn't as clean as it should've been. It looked clean but there was hair from the previous occupant on the wall, that was discovered during my shower. YUCK! I informed Angel upon checkout and it took my feedback well and ensured they'd do better.
